Super Sleeper Pro™ Reviews

A pair of sheets that finally ease onto the corners without hurting my hands

I placed my order on the 21st September.
As of today it has just left their warehouse.
It took two phone calls to action it.

Bought for my husband who has osteoarthritis in his hips. The sleeper pro has made it far more comfortable for him when lying in bed so that he gets a lot more sleep, as well as not making him feel hot (which other toppers have). Highly recommend.

Delivery well done best sleeping ever so difficult to get out of bed now so comfortable our bed even better than a brand new mattress
Really happy with everything
Thank you
Regards Carol Ellis

Dear Super Sleeper Pro Customer Service Team,

Prior to placing our order, we researched the Super Sleeper Pro range and carefully considered both the Original Wave and Straight to Sleep mattress toppers, including the customer reviews available for each product.

For reference, I have included the following summaries of the customer reviews we considered.

1. Original Wave

Reviews summary generated by AI from the 100 most recent customer reviews, last updated 24 September 2026.

Customers generally describe the topper as soft and comfortable, with many reporting improved sleep quality and waking with fewer aches and pains. Some customers also report that it can revitalise older mattresses. However, a few mention that the topper can develop dips or feel too firm for their preference.

2. Straight to Sleep

Reviews summary generated by AI from the 100 most recent customer reviews, last updated 18 September 2026.

Customers generally praise the comfort and support provided by this topper, particularly in relation to shoulder, hip and back discomfort. Some customers mention that it feels quite firm initially but softens with use. Other comments relate to difficulties removing the cover for washing.

Our experience with the Original Wave

Our mattress is an A.H. Beard King Koil queen-size mattress, purchased in 2015, which has provided my wife and me with excellent comfort over the years.

Unfortunately, after just three weeks of sleeping on the Original Wave topper, we have noticed that it has developed a pronounced ridge down the middle, with lower areas forming on either side where we sleep.

This is particularly concerning given the very short period of use. We are worried about the topper's durability and whether this pattern of deformation is normal or indicative of a problem with the product.

When researching the Original Wave, we noted the comments about the possibility of dips developing. However, we did not anticipate experiencing what appears to be a significant change in the topper's shape after such a short time.

Having also researched the Straight to Sleep model, we wonder whether it might have been a more appropriate choice for us, particularly given the feedback that it can initially feel firm but soften with use.

Our request for your advice

We would appreciate your professional assessment of the problem we are experiencing.

In particular, could you please advise:

Is the development of a central ridge and lower sleeping areas normal after only three weeks of use?
Could this indicate a manufacturing defect or another problem with the Original Wave?
Is there a recommended settling-in period during which the topper's shape might change?
Given our experience, would the Straight to Sleep model potentially be a more suitable option for us?
If the Original Wave is not performing as intended, would you be prepared to discuss an appropriate resolution, including the possibility of an exchange for the Straight to Sleep model?

We purchased this product in good faith after researching your range and considering the available customer feedback. Our intention was to improve our sleeping comfort, not to introduce a new concern with the surface on which we sleep.

We look forward to your response and hope we can work together to find a satisfactory solution.

Kind regards,

Ian and Rita Mossman

It’s good, but it’s not cooler than my mattress.
I live in Darwin and it’s very hot year around so was hoping it would be cooler.

I was misled and they are very happy with the gift

Changing the original super sleeper peo means I no longer will have pain relief. Sending the wrong topper even worse then trying to make me get documents to prove I donated it was cruel. I called op shops and not one said they would give me a letter. Take a good look at yourself and think about your disabled customers who would have been a huge part of your business. We are now left in pain so you can buy cheap shitty foam and make more money. Shame on you.

Quick service with prompt delivery.
Quality and workmanship exellent.

The pillow is so soft and comfortable. Just like the great hotel pillows.

I made a mistake in ordering the wrong item, , customer service rectified the situation straightaway, and l received the correct items swiftly

From the moment I spoke to the agent he was friendly and helpful. He gave us all the details of the delivery date and also offered 2 free pillows

Ordered, paid it was on its way! Came quickly. It was for my sister who lives in a home. She wasn't sleeping in bed as mattress was so uncomfortable. She slept on a recliner! Now she is back in bed and that is good for her positioning.

It is the best thing we bought so comfy and sleep better no back ache or leg aches when sleeping Thankyou

No better than the other mattress toppers I have already got.
I'm afraid to report that I feel I have wasted my money.
It feels just like a regular mattress topper from a bedding store and the pillows aren't so great. In fact I went to a retail store and purchased more pillows and put the marshmallow pillows in the spare room.
