Excellent Customer Service
After reading about the services offered by your company, I decided to sign up for the Plus plan. However, in my haste to begin, I mistakenly signed up and paid $36 for the Essentials plan. Upon realizing my error, I promptly emailed the company to inform them and request an upgrade to the Plus plan, along with the additional $24 required for the year. To my delight, they not only accommodated my request but also did so within a day of my email. This exemplifies the epitome of excellent customer service.

I wanted to log in and return to the book in which I was. most interested at the time. Namely, "Stephen King 11/22/63" BUT could not find it. I was so unhappy, that I canceled my one year subscription, I think.
