The program worked well and I was able to review a book I had read well before my book club, so it was useful for that.

SuperSummary for Teachers and Parents!
SuperSummary has helped me not only as a teacher, but as a parent when trying to get up to speed on the different books all of my students are reading. Quick, no-fuss service

I'd prefer a more linear approach to…
I'd prefer a more linear approach to summaries vs critique or interpretations. I'm trying to use your service as I read classics to my wife. The reason I subscribed in the first place was because, when I introduced my wife to Shakespeare, the best tool I came upon was Lamb's Tales from Shakespeare. I'd read her the tale of the play we were going to see and it was as if she not only got the plot but actually seemed to understand the language better as well.
Then, we'd go to seminars the next morning where interpretations and critiques were on the program. It has always seemed that getting trough a given story as enjoyably as possible first, then going on to the meatier stuff later was the right approach for her.
And....sorry to ramble....one of the issues with the book I'm reading her right now (Villette) is the abundance of French phrases. I know translation isn't part of your service, but I wish it was.

Excellent and extensive Study Guides for Readers
I really love the Study Guides you offer! They are well-organized, and in-depth. Questions are insightful. Very helpful for planning group discussions! The site itself is easy to navigate.
I have used SuperSummary for two books I read for my book clubs. And I will be using more of the study guides for upcoming books on the lists for this year. Most of the books I am looking for were published recently, but several of them were older and they were on SuperSummary too! The library you have is impressive. That, and the quality of the Study Guides rates five stars.
Alas, not every book listed has a Study Guide. Some have only brief summaries that are not particularly helpful. I was disappointed not to find a study guide for one particular book, but I was delighted by your support team's quick response. I am glad to find out that suggestions/requests can be submitted directly to you.
Overall, SuperSummary is a great resource for readers everywhere and book clubs in particular.
