I wouldn’t recommend these gummies. They’re overpriced for what you get, and there are much better-value alternatives available such as Gains Nutrition or WellGuard. This feels like a one-product company with very little credibility or backing behind it, which doesn’t inspire much confidence. Overall, there are stronger, more established options on the market that offer better value for money.
Definitely noticed benefit; been training for like 3+ years without creatine, started using powder and it was a pain to remember and unpleasant to drink.
These gummies however I just keep in my bag and they taste good so I actually look forward to eating them. Definitely noticed huge difference in my gym sessions after having consumed them consistently aswell; no need to shop around any further.

These are a game changer. I went from missing my creatine regularly, probably subconsciously not wanting to choke down some powder, to actually looking forward to taking the apple gummies each morning. The effects of consistently taking have been obvious too, with PBs being a regular occurrence and less DOMs when I wake up.
These Creatine gummies are a game changer. Much easier to take than mixing powder and I am definitely noticing the benefits of these vs the powder I was using previously. A great product and I look forward to what products come next from this trustworthy supplier!
