Fast well packaged items 👍
I Ordered 5 items a few days after i got an email through saying i have been refunded for 2 of my items and the other 3 were on there way to me , i did leave it very late before Christmas to order my items and was lucky to get any 😬but i got my order in time for Christmas day and made a Christmas birthday happen 👍 nice and easy site to order from , Perfect products and delivery was very fast 😊

WONDER & AWE (THOMAS AND PERCY TALKING TRAIN SET)
I had never heard of Wonder and Awe but was having trouble getting a Thomas and Percy talking train set for my grandson for Christmas. I put the train set in on Google search engine and up came Wonder & Awe who stated they had stock of the item I needed. I must admit to being very dubious about ordering this item on line from a company I had never heard of but decided to take a chance.
Ordered the train set with express delivery and it arrived well packaged the following day. Excellent service and would use this company again.

Even though I didn’t get sent the order I asked for when I sent my email explaining what had happened I had a reply after 15 minutes and a full refund within 2 days thanks to Zoe on the customer happiness team very efficient

I wanted to let you know that everything that looks like plastic that we use is actually biodegradable - especially the air cushions you're able to just plant them and they turn into compost. If the items you purchased are packaged from other retailers - for example a popular toy - unfortunately we don't have any control over the packaging use there.
