Suite à mon message du 02.12.2024.
Ce 13.04.2025 on m'envoie un renouvellement de mon contrat à nouveau pour 2 ans 539,82€ en 2023.
Leur comptabilité comme toute société le programme est automatique.
Ce 13.04.2025 j'ai annulé cet abonnement étant franchement très déçue de leur intervention dont j'en garde un mauvais moment. A chaque intervention, plusieurs coupures d'internet, à la place de me rappeler pour me dire que nous étions hors connection non ils préfèrent attendre la chute des feuilles !
Ce que je leurs demandais ils ne l'ont pas respecté ils font qu'à leurs têtes.
Je suis retournée chez mon informaticien qui a regardé mon PC à distance, en fait, il n'y avait pas de ralentissement, pas de virus, rien rien le coût fut très très raisonnable !
Voilà pourquoi j'ai quitté Supportnex.
Au début tout fut OK mais avec le temps j'avais chaque année plusieurs soucis dû à leurs interventions.
S'il vous plaît dépenser ce montant de nos jours devient un grand luxe quand on peut l'utiliser pour tout autre chose qui vous est vraiment nécessaire et utile.
Quittez cette société c'est le conseil que je puisse vous donner.

I had my website built from scratch by Nex. At first I was hesitant to use their service because I couldn’t see a personal brand like mine from the portfolios provided but after a few discussions I decided to trust them with the job. I can confidently say I had no regrets and I’m very well satisfied with the result. The team is dedicated to giving customers the best experience which I highly appreciate

A dillegent and flexible team…

The team is extremely diligent and has an amazing response time. We were having several IT challenges across our various sites and when contacted the team at SupportNex were able to diagnose the issue, and deploy a solution with minimal downtime. Really grateful for their work.
