An excellent business to work with. The technology does exactly what it's supposed to, and their customer service and communication is exceptional. In a crowded market of telematics and camera suppliers, SureCam really stand out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A few things customer service is fantastic , the system is easy to operate and install , great quality video and a great tool for the investigation of allegations of driver misbehavior in a professional timely manner the camera doesn't lie !!

The engineer Jitesh that came and installed a new camera was very helpful and informative. He guided me through installing the new cameras for our fleet of vehicles. Ben has been out to our offices, he is very helpful, and helped us a lot. Whenever we have had to contact Sure cam, they reply straight away, and all are very helpful and they sort things out straight away. Thankyou Sure cam

We have been dealing with surecam for a number of years and they give great service always , have great communications and all the staff try go above and beyond. Camera systems are great, great quality, we have managed to avoid a couple of insurance claims because of these.
Our Account Manager is Darren Proud and he is always there if we need anything any day or time, nothing is too much, a great assesst to surecam and us.

Although our contract has recently ended with Surecam.
Our account Manager, Hannah made the transition very smooth and hassle free.
Sadly on this occasion, we have gone with another provider, but I would have no hesitation in recommending Surecam for their excellent and professional service. Thank you.

Ben is our Account Manager, very approachable, and knowledgeable about the product. Always resolves any issues either with equipment or account wise very quickly. Only thing would ask for on the wish list is for the SD cards to be encrypted, other then that the dashcams do as required for the company.

We have worked with surecam for the past two years and we originally signed up with the help of their UK sales manager Josh Godfrey. He originally came and met with us in our office and walked us through the platform. Prior to having Surecam installed, we had a few accidents which affected our fleet insurance policy. With the help of their solution, we have managed to bring our insurance policy down and also use the video evidence to mitigate fraudulent claims. I would definitely recommend Surecam and we look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future.

I have known and worked with Justin and the team at Surecam for over a decade.
They have helped me secure and service some of my company’s most significant contracts.
The quality of their products is excellent (I only use best in class providers for my equipment as past experience tells me to do anything else is a false economy)
If ever there is a (rare) blip in service/delivery/warranty then Surecam will always take ownership of the issue until it is resolved.

Having partnered with Surecam for the last 5 years, they deliver a great service. Most importantly customer support means all users and stakeholders are communicated with in a very timely and effective manner.
We have been through 3 big software updates in that time and one hardware change, the system gets better and better each time.
They manage to keep the small business feel while being an international company, which means you feel you get a personal service from everyone you talk too.
Ben Mountford has been our account manager for over a year, and he in particular goes above and beyond, communication is excellent, and he attends to any issues immediately.
They take on board suggestions from customers and implement changes based on what customers want… all without charging the earth.

I found this company just through a google advert, along with several others. Surecam were the only company that was thorough, and understood exactly what I was asking for. I dealt with Ben to start with, who was amazing, he was polite and went above and beyond to ensure that we were getting exactly what we asked for. I also dealt with Tia, who again was brilliant and extremely patient thoughtout the whole set up. The followup care has also been excellent. 5* just do not seem enough or do the company justice. Highly recommended!!

Response Edited 16.08.2024: What a Lie about changing from 10 to 2 vehicle. My O license is for 10 vehicles and I am operating 10 Vehicles so I need for 10 but when you brought up hidden fees that is when I said now that I am stuck and I don't have time to go elsewhere I shall give you 2 vehicles which are urgent and go for others elsewhere.
One of the worst companies you will ever come across in Entire United Kingdom. Rude and irresponsible Sales Manager. Lot of fake promises and put me in situation where I was the one to loose. Simply said there is nothing he can do. So why are you promising customer to dump them last minute. For peace of mind stay away from this company. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Money is only thing this company thinks about

Most importantly customer support means all users and stakeholders are communicated with in a very timely and effective manner.
We have been lucky enough to have Ben Mountford as our account manager for some years now and he goes above and beyond for all our staff members, communication is excellent and he attends to any issues immediately, I have never had to chase him on anything. He also ensures we are aware of any new services that Surecam can supply without being pushy and actions these swiftly when we decide to proceed.

We have Sure Cam to keep an eye on our Fleet of 15 trucks, its one of the best tracking systems we have used and the customer service is spot on. Would highly recommend!
