The workmanship of the hoodie is good and the fabric is very comfortable

11 days.They refunded my wrong size vest and let me keep it. Reordered correct size, spot-on. 100% cotton, sturdy stitching.

The animal print tee’s fabric is thick. none of that fast fashion flimsiness. Arrived in 9 days. XL fits true. Wash it hot; no shrinkage.

Bought the hoodie and purple tee. Hoodie’s inner lining is proper cozy. 320gsm cotton, no transparency.

Wildness tee and grey washed tee feel like they’ll last decades. 7 days to UK. First XL was tight (April order), but June batch is roomier.Response isn’t lightning-fast, but they do sort issues. Instagram replies same-day.

Had a missing item in my order. Email took 5 days (!), but refund came instantly once they replied. The Hot Tuna vest and graphic tees I did get are heavyweight – none of that thin, stretchy rubbish. Sizing’s accurate.

Animal tee and blue washed tee arrived in 10 days. Thick cotton, holds shape after washes. I’m 6’2", 220lbs – XXL fits spot-on now (first order was tight, but they’ve fixed sizing).Kept both tees.Too good to return.

He realizado un pedido en surfincurse.com y, al no quedar satisfecho/a con el producto, solicité la devolución según mi derecho como consumidor. Sin embargo, en lugar de facilitar el proceso, me ofrecieron un reembolso parcial del 10% o del 20% si me quedaba con el producto, sin darme opción real de devolverlo.

La atención al cliente es muy limitada y no responden con instrucciones claras para una devolución completa. Todo parece diseñado para evitar reembolsos y que el cliente se rinda.
Sospecho que la tienda opera desde fuera de Europa, pese a que aparenta ser una tienda europea.
No la recomiendo y recomiendo pagar solo con PayPal o tarjeta para poder reclamar.
Me obligan a tomar acciones legales por daños y perjuicios.

Ordered the purple washed tee, but the print had a tiny flaw. Emailed service, took 3 days for a reply, but they refunded the full amount straight away. Reordered, and the new one’s flawless. Thick fabric, true to size. 10/10 for honesty.

Bought the grey washed Hot Tuna tee and the Wilderness graphic tee. These are proper heavy cotton, just like old school quality. Took 8 days to arrive (UK). First order was a tad snug, but the sizing’s been adjusted now – XL fits perfect. Service took a while to reply when I messaged, but their Instagram team sorted my question fast. Solid stuff.

Complete scam, got no clothes and no refund was offered. Stay away if you want to save your money.

The clothes (shorts) I brought were awful quality and fit very weird and uncomfortably. Despite their policy of returns within 45 days accepted, I have had a month of back and forth conversation with them trying to return my items and get a refund. However, they refuse to even allow me to return the items, and offered me a small refund of 5%. I then said I am happy to return the items and I want a small refund, to which they offered me a 10% refund. Each time I say this is not acceptable, they offer me a 5% more refund. They have now offered me a 35% refund, to which I refused as I am not happy with the products and wish to return them for the full amount but they have stopped replying to me. So now I have the two items of clothing still with me and no refund. I would recommend to stay well away from this supplier as the clothes are poor quality and customer service is shocking.

Before I ordered my two Hot Tuna tees I checked the reviews on trustpilot and couldn't believe how many people were raving about the quality. I figured they couldn't all be fake, and as the site accepts PayPal went ahead and ordered 2 tees for myself. The tees arrived today and now I know what everyone was going on about. The tees are absolutely amazing, the prints are stunning and the quality is mind blowing 🤯 I wear size L and ordered mine in L and they fit perfectly. The only thing that ppl should be aware of, is the time it takes for your order to actually arrive. IMO the given time of one week is very optimistic, especially when u take into account how far the parcel has to travel to reach Europe or the US

Ordered a few t shirts, within 2 days my email address i used and tel number (compulsory to complete order) have been bombarded with spam, if id known this before i would have used a different spare email, and old mobile number i dont use anymore. Possibly coincedence, but this email and mobile number has not been used for anything else for months. I have had to block 5 different area codes on my iphone as it was about 10 calls an hour.

Ordered four tees. Three fit, one was too big. Returned it, and the refund took 7 days. Overall, smooth process.

Shipping about 15 days was slow , but my dog print tee fits well and is super soft.

Long time to receive package. Took almost a month before arrival. I emailed them 3weeks after I ordered since I hadnt got any update on the order. Couple of days later they replied and all of a sudden my delivery was on its way, so they propably forgot it until I reminded.

The products were fine though. Perfect size and fit. But one shirt looked light beige in the pictures, but in real life it was light yellow. I liked it anyway so I didnt mind.

Another disclaimer, I bought two Carhartt
tshirts, but obviously they are fake since the collar label says something else and its shipped from China. Quality seems good though.
