If I could give negative stars for Surveys on the Go, I would!!! Their customer service is incompetent and horrible!!! You will get nowhere if you have a problem getting paid! I’ve been trying to get paid $52 in unpaid product surveys I’ve completed now for 2 months!! I have sent pictures of the products along with the instruction paper I received with each product along with survey payout amounts and dates. Every reply has comeback incorrect with incorrect dates. I’ve been told that they hadn’t even launched one product survey that I already had the products and finished the testing in hand. I drove 35 miles to a Burlington to do a video on the condition of the store etc. I captured pictures, videos and answered the questions. When I went to submit the survey, I got a big message that said “something went wrong.” my submission was lost and I was never paid the $20 for this. Instead, they gave me a $10 inconvenience fee even though I had pictures showing that I had completed the survey and it was on their end with the system glitch. This happens far too often. Their IT dept is horrible. The system “glitches” ALL THE TIME!! First they tried to tell me that the survey was already full and they had enough participants, but that was not true because I had already done the survey and completed it in full. That’s when they said that they would pay me half of the survey for the inconvenience fee. They knew I completed that entire survey and still only paid me half. They NEVER TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY and I’m still trying to get paid $52 for 3 product surveys. Once I get paid, if I get paid, I am removing this app and deleting it. It takes forever to get a good product survey, that pays good money that you actually qualify for. Once you get it, they find an excuse not to pay you. The rest of the surveys take a very long time to answer the questions for little money and then there’s always some system glitch to where you don’t get paid for that survey. Forget trying to contact Customer Service because you’ll get nowhere with them.HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES I would never refer anyone to this company! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

I have used this app off and on for a while and today just put me at the end of my rope with them I had a survey for the store t.j Maxx and I hit start survey and it does not say anything at all that it has ended and drive all the way to the store Hit start survey again and it says that it has finished even though it said I had until the end of today to do it. I am submitting them for a case idea for a class action lawsuit due to transparency. When I finally reach the $10 threshold for cashing out It takes forever to get from $8 to $10 because they sent surveys that I'm not even eligible for and I'm tired of it. I stopped using the app for a while hoping that they would get better and they got worse much worse.

I have been with SOG for a few months and I am not sure how I feel as of yet. On 3 separate games (gigs) I download the game and as I do well I get rewarded but when I do really well they shut the game down on me and don’t even tell me exactly what I did wrong. If I am winning a few Pennie’s I’m doing everything right but the second I go to the higher rewards my game is stopped. The offerwall customer service sucks it’s Al robo answers I can never get a real person. After the third game with this pattern I will not download games on the site anymore. I reached out to SOG customer service and they answered very quickly but stated they are separate from the games so they could not help. As far as surveys go it’s hit and miss. There are hardly any surveys available. I’m gonna give it a few more months but I don’t recommend downloading games on this site you will be extremely frustrated

i thought that freecash was the worst survey site, but SOTG has officially claimed that title. i have gotten disqualified for, i kid you not: 30 surveys in a row, half of which disqualified me after i completed it. im just mad i took so long to delete this garbage off my phone. dont waste your time.

I've never had an issue that wasn't fixed. I've cashed out many times, never had an issue with a quick payout turnaround. I wish the scratch card games offered more bonuses than the infrequent weekly prize pool ticket and the even less frequent $.10. But otherwise, I like their new link & earn and the weekly bonus. This is one survey app I've never gotten rid of and don't plan on getting rid of.

Since the beginning of the year I have done 21 surveys and I have earned $1.25. Although, it states that they owe me $7. I have contacted customer service and I'm told that it takes 24 hrs to review the survey. Well, my first survey was 01/21/2026 & my last survey was 04/10/2026 both are past the 24 hr timeframe. This place is a scam. Do not waste your time. I have screenshot of my survey transactions and they all went from a payment to owing me $0.00, meaning that I wasted my time getting them money for doing the app but I wasn't compensated like I was supposed to have been due to various ignorant reasons from "I used a different phone, with the same phone number on my account" or "it's the company that disqualified you, not us". Bogus. I wouldn't even waste your time. I added up that they owe me $51 since January 1st. Out of that I have been paid $10.65!

I completed three 30 dollar surveys and sent them proof and they told me give it 10 business days and that time has came and gone and still my account has not been credited

The app is only as good as the advertisers they have utilizing it. When I waste 30 minutes of my time filling out a survey only to be told I don’t qualify, I find that to be incredibly dishonest and sketchy. They’ve already collected the data from me because I completed the survey. I reached out to customer service, but I have yet to receive a response. They need to stop allowing these dishonest companies on their website. It is so easy to screen out applicants at the beginning of the survey so that they are not wasting peoples time, but they don’t want to do that because they want to get the data for FREE. Although the companies and the advertisers are the main culprits, Surveys on the Go must bear some of the responsibility because they are allowing these companies on their platform.

I have done multiple surveys most of them will say something like 30 minutes, but they’re really over an hour and then when you get towards the end it’ll say 80% something will go wrong with it and you cannot finish it
Also, I have done the ones where they send you in the store and they will pay you supposedly like $16 some will pay you and some won’t

Stay away from this app you will complete surveys only for them to say you don't qualify at the end. Customer support is copy and paste they don't care about the problems your having. My advice is to keep reporting the app until something is done

My family and 1 have been with them for years. I have made little bit of money. Like so many others in the last year , they have went from being so respectable to be a complete loss , scam is not the word for it they bate you , and then they take advantage of you. They are very good at what they with no remorse , their customer service that used to be so helpful will lie will blame and will make you feel lower then anyone should ever be treated. The pain and agony that I got in everything that I want to express is already in the words of so many. They put a VPN on your phone that literally. Tell you, here's a 10.If you will go right a good review screenshot it and send it to them. In the moment it felt right and I was thinking, I was been rewarded for my good deeds, but all I was doing was helping them continue their selfish ways. :(
SO MUCH MORE THAT I WANT TO EXPRESS BUT LIKE I SAID , IT'S IN THE WORDS OF SO MANY ALREADY so much more to say , but I don't want this post to be so long that it's not read. I do not like to write bad reviews, but i hope this saves others the pain that they caused in my life.

The site is great for mystery shopping. I got my first gig in yesterday and it was easy money. Been interested in mystery shopping for so long and not much oppurtunities for me since I live in a small city and my car is 20 years old and don't like driving out of town for a mystery shop.

If you can actually get a survey that pays you, it does pay well. However, I have been keeping track over the last two weeks and I have spent well over four hours of surveys to only get paid for one of those surveys.
A lot of the surveys you will spend 20 to 30 minutes doing them for them to say you don’t qualify and you do not get paid anything for it at all.

I have been a user for years now. Things were looking good until this last month. I can't even qualify anymore! The last home product test I did, I accidentally hit the wrong answer and it closed on me. I contacted them and they send me Svitlana all the time. She must not like me because she barely throws me $2 when I tested products for a month! I'm still missing my $9.60 and I gave up. Same old survey scam.

To start, im honest about the answers on all the surveys, however I never qualify. I just spent 2 hours on it and got 0 dollars. Its just a waste of time at least gimme 5 cents for my time! Just kidding. Do better

They might pay you a couple bucks I don’t even know. Never tried the app, but if you read their terms and privacy, it drains your battery and this app is a somewhat a spy app for the government if you think about it. Any kind of money app is, it’ll track you, track your messages calls texts everything lol but hey your getting bread crumbs right hahaha there are so many apps that violate our privacy apps and you got to watch out for that. For sheriffs use illegal devices to catch people slipping by hacking through our phones. Just because it’s never talked about doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. Stay woke

It's fine. After using this app for a few months, it's a lot more legit than other survey things I've tried. I used to do surveys all the time, so I've seen them all. There are definitely the occasional glitches or errors or frustrations, but I've withdrawn cash to paypal twice now. A few of the surveys have even been kinda fun. And I'm just doing things occasionally, not out to "make money." But the two $35 withdrawals so far have been nice for funding my lunches out or coffee with friends.

I would give this app a -9 and say Danger Danger! If you register with them you give them permission to access all your private information, your ip address, passwords, and their allowed to Post everything passwords included! This is a Hackers Dream! 🤔 You might as well put your snap and password in your profile!. What clowns ask for passwords and ip addresses? And! Say they can share your password & ip. There hoping you won't Read their Disclaimer!! All they have to do is pay you .10 cents and they kept their side of the agreement. Is .10 cent worth your bank getting Hacked? 🙄

THIS IS A SCAM, Don't waste your time. They do not let you cash out your earnings. They tell you to enter the code They will send you via email to verify your account, but the code never comes. You will recieve an email instructing you to click on a verification link, but it only leads to an expired page. COMPLETE SCAM AND WASTE OF TIME! 🤬

As if it's not enough that you never qualify, they don't think they have to respond to requests for help. If I am ever able to cash out--maybe by my 80th birthday, seven years from now--I will be done with this miserable company.
