0 Stars more applicable. As with others' reviews, I never received the backpack and about 3 weeks later the 'company' tried to charge my credit card $98.00. Thankfully, the credit card company flagged it as a fraudulent charge. As others have reviewed, this is a total scam.

Scammed into ordering the bag. Then find out I'm subscribed to something. The terms don't tell you what you are subscribed to. I sent an email to cancel, and based on previous complaints, I cancelled the card I used before they could charge again.

ORDERED BAG 4 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED, HAD ME ENROLLED WIYHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE FOR 98 DOLLARS A MONTH, AND WONT LET YOU CANCEL ON THERE PAGE KEEPS COMING UP WITH AN ERROR WHEN TRYING TO SUBMITT. TOTAL SCAM

I was enrolled without knowing, and when I contacted them, no of which I could understand, they said it was my problem. They continued to charge my acct so I had to cancel my card and get a new one just to stop the charges.

Is was enrolled in a subscription without my knowledge, never got my order, and the subscription took 3 months to cancel with no refund, and you can't understand the people at all on the phone. Total and complete scam!

Shifty. The Tactical Backpack that you say is $110 has multiple sellers on Amazon for $30-$35 (free Prime member shipping). So I just buy 3, give 2 away as presents, and I don't have to deal with giving you $14.95 (half price for 1), waiting for shipment, giving you my information which you resell for a profit, and worrying about cancelling the $98/month subscription for YOUR SILLY LITTLE OPINIONS!
I will survive.

Nov. 3,2024 paid confirmed order for a free tactical bag just pay S&H. Email Nov 14,2024 and then a call Nov 15,2024. Michael #11052 assured 7-30 days. Emailed today 1-26-2025. Complete scam and deserves a negative rating and put out of business.

My experience is identical to the previous one. I am furious with you. I constantly call, put my # in queue for a call back which NEVER happens. I am reporting you immediately as I was just charge another $98 for a MEMBERSHIP!! Are you kidding me. I am calling my bank and blocking the charge. DO NOT attempt to charge me again as I have already reported you to the BBB.

I ordered the Stealth Go Bag Special in late October 2024. Total including Shipping and Shipping Insurance was $17.90. I've called several times since then and was told shipping would be between 12/22/2024 and 01/24/2025.
I have since been charged another $98.00. Looked at last statement that included "Request to Cancel Membership". I filled out the online form and attempted to send it. The error message was "Name must only contain Letters".
Are they kidding????

Deceptive Marketing and Poor Customer Service

I recently placed an order with Survivalopsusa for a "free" bag, covering only the shipping and handling cost. Despite being assured that there would be no additional charges, I was later charged $98 without my consent. To make matters worse, I have yet to receive the bag I ordered. And now I'm being told my money is non-refundable.

The company's deceptive marketing practices and lack of transparency regarding additional charges have left me extremely disappointed. Their customer service is less than stellar.

I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this company. Their practices are misleading, and they fail to provide clear information on shipping and refunds.

If I could give negative stars I would give -25…I ordered bag 04/24 free bag just s/h no subscription..delivery 4-6 weeks thought little long but ok.. time come give no bag called on back order delivered 5-30 days ok..no bag called again told same thing now its been over 3 1/2 months no bag! SCAM don’t trust these people big rip offs!

This company is a total rip off !!! They literally stole money from me and when I tried to reason with them they offered me a 50% refund on a product I haven't even recieved.
Please, please don't do business with this company ! They are a total SCAM !! They shouldn't be allowed on the internet to do their dirty crap !

SCAM! I had to cancel my card just to keep them from charging my account. I tried to cancel via email, but they told me to call the TFN. Tried that and I could never get a person on the phone.

Be careful with this group. The worst customer service. They will trick you with attempted recharging your CC even though I've made attempts to stop this. I got suckered into ordering their FREE bag over a month ago. Never received it but was charged for shipping. All I get with repeated emails to them is the same robo response. I've called a couple times and have waited for over 20 minutes before I gave up. I do NOT trust them at all!

Same issues as others. Unauthorized 98.00 charge, then 2.99 charge. Got those removed after song and dance about could only give back 25% , 50%, 75% etc. "because they sent an email..." Also Never received the backpack they charged $25.00 for. they said they had 6 weeks to get it to me (Even though when ordered it says shipped in 1-3 days and received 5-8 days afterward. After 6 weeks without receiving I called again and they they changed the story to 9 weeks to get it to me! (after 90 days your bank won't likely allow you to dispute the charge so that is how they are making money without sending anything, and with people who don't pay attention or notice the monthly 98.00 charges)....After initial refund of the $98.00 they charged the $98.00 on my account again! Got that refunded again (We'll see if it goes through). Scam.

The website says: "Valued at $119.99, totally FREE. Just cover S&H! No memberships and no hidden charges! Just cover the shipping fee and we will dispatch your bag within 48 hours!" Those are all lies. Ordered bag 2/14/24, paid S&H. Got email 2/20/24 saying they will bill an added $98. Cancelled order at website. Charge showed up anyway. Called 800 number. They offered $25 off, then $73 off, and bag won't ship for a couple more weeks. Disputed charge at credit card website. survivalopsusa is a scam.

I order a product Nov 3 2023. It was never received. I call about the order in December, again Jan 2nd, Jan 17th, Feb 5 and Feb 26th. They always say it should be delivered within one to two weeks. When I asked for a refund - was told there was no way to refund and wouldn't connect me to a supervisor or owner. Never trust or order from this company. GBW

I ordered a backpack they were giving away for free just pay shipping of $19.95. Never received the Backpack and got a notice that I was being charged $98.00 for my next order of what, I do not know. From what I understand I was to be charged another charge of $98.00 as well. I will never do business with this company.

SCAM! Tried cancelling several times. Still they charge you each month $98 for something. I did try and order something in the beginning and never received it.
