If I could give a minus score I most certainly would. Do not EVER purchase from Susan and Michael boutique!! They are the biggest SCAM company I've ever come across. I purchased a pair of jeans and when they arrived looked cheap and nasty and NOTHING like the style I ordered. It didn't even have a button hole!! Absolutely ridiculous. In contacting them they quite bluntly put it in either accept 15% back of what I paid or I could send the rubbish back at my expense and hope and pray it doesn't get lost in transit so I could get a refund. I've never heard of anything so ludicrous in my life. Safe to say im not expecting a dime back but I just want to warn others and hope it never happens to them. This company is an absolute SCAM. STAY AWAY!!!!

Warning! Please read the returns policy. I ordered serval sizes thinking I could return items. Clothes are of poor quality and poor sizes. They offer 15% refund or risk sending your items back which will cost you $40 and they give no guarantee they will even reach them. Avoid at all costs. I’ve lost £144.00 and left with clothes that are fit for the recycle bin.

NEVER, NEVER buy from this company. bought a jacket from Susan & Michael, not knowing this is the same company as Susan Boutique. The item was beyond rubbish. Waiting for my refund!! These companies should not be allowed to trade online.

I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before ordering from this company. I certainly will never order from them again.

Poor quality. Poor communication. An extremely disappointing customer experience. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

They are Scammers - this is not a legit business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, you won't get it and they will lie to you about delivery of merchandise. The only communication is by on-line, there isn't even an address for them. Terrible, terrible business, and they might not even exist.

These sites are a scam, con artists, and falsely advertising products.
I have ordered from this site and I didn't receive the product shown in the picture. I was sent a product that looked nothing like the picture, was cheaper and poorer in quality. They make it very hard for you to get a refund and only offer 10 percent, which is nothing. Please stay away from these sites.

Not at all what I ordered. Style and cloth all different. Was suppose to be ocean print and I got flowers. This is all a scam website. Do not order!! Comes from CHINA! Quality and explanation of item is not what you will get!

I ordered two dresses. The quality was poor and they did not fit. I contacted the company and they said their policy states items on SALE are not returnable - even though the website says 30 day money back guarantee. Everything on the website IS ON SALE. How do they get away with this? They did not offer me a refund.

Do NOT order from Susan’s Swimwear (Retirement Sale), Daytona Beach. Everything that was sent was NOT what I ordered AND is shipped from China. Therefore, returning anything is SUPER expensive. I have gotten the BBB in Fla as this is NOT a legitimate business. No where on the returns does it say that you have to return to China. I would never have ordered. All material on the swimsuits are junk.

I did read reviews and some people, probably fake, liked their products.
The “ oversized chunky sweater “ I received was thin, small, cheap and nothing like the picture.
They know returning it plus 15 percent restock is more than you paid and I’m demanding a full refund which they’re refusing.
STAY AWAY!!!

Ordered i pair, charged immediately for 2. No way to change order even minutes after charge was immediately made. Product very poor quality. Have to ship back to Asia. Offered buy more and send products...back to Asia...no refund...dies not follow US consumer policy of refund within 3 days. Do not purchase anything from this site.

Awful. Dont waste your money.
Ordered a pair of what was supposed to be silver earrings for £20.
What arrived was cheap coloured metal with a paper clip stuck on the back.
Company want to charge $40 to send it back and caution it may get lost..

If i could give it a zero i would. DO NOT BUY!! Communicated with Susan & Michael so called boutique on this email address contact at susan-michael.com to cancel my order. They advised i could not cancel it as it was already on the way. Once order arrived, nothing like the advertised pictures, very thin cheap material , gone to some backyard seamstress. I emailed info at susanmicharlboutique.com to request for return postage address. I did not get a response. I emailed contact at susan-michael.com who had previously communicated they could not cancel the order and info at susanmicharlboutique.com requesting for a return address. I have still not got a response from both email addresses. This is a SCAM website. Payment details show up as WHOP USA - Whop*susanmichael. Save yourself, plenty of reviews on them. They also use different alias names.

I don’t even want to give one star. I got scammed. This company product is from the rubbish bin. Don’t purchase anything!!!!!!

A complete scam. I ordered a dress. The quality was horrible. I asked for a refund and was given an excuse/ they took 139.00 from me.

They send me wrong items and refuse to reply to emails to return items and refund. They false advertising on their website page that they guarantee returns and refunds. Stay away. Quality of items poor.

**Absolutely Revolting Customer Service and Misleading Advertising**

If I could give this company minus stars, I would.

The dresses I received looked nothing like the beautiful products advertised on the Susan & Michael website. What arrived were cheap, poor-quality knock-offs that bore very little resemblance to the images used to sell them. The dresses shown online clearly featured sequinned detailing, yet the dresses I received had no sequins whatsoever.

This is not a case of buyer’s remorse or a change of mind. The items supplied were materially different from those advertised. Despite providing photographs and repeatedly pointing out the obvious discrepancies, Susan & Michael refused to acknowledge the defects or provide a full refund.

What has made this experience even more infuriating is the customer service. I was met with generic responses, endless emails and a complete refusal to take responsibility, despite my complaint falling within their own refund policy for defective or incorrectly described items.

I work hard for my money and feel completely misled by this company. Instead of resolving a legitimate complaint, they have forced me to escalate the matter to my bank and lodge a complaint with the ACCC.

Based on my experience, I would strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from Susan & Michael to think twice and read the reviews carefully before spending their hard-earned money.

This site is a scam. It leads you to believe the product is being shipped out of Toronto. It's not, it's shipped from China. The sizing is not accurate. Runs small and the material is cheap. When you request a return as per their 30-day money back guarantee they go silent. I got scammed.

RUN!!!This company is an SCAM operation. I received my indescribable looking “dress”, nothing like the photo of what I ordered. $82 later and my order is only suitable for the garbage bin.
Bitterly disappointed.
Hope Karma comes knocking on their door.
