Sustain Homes installed our EV charger to be compatible with the solar installation they did for us a few years ago.
The installer was great: quick, tidy, informative and made sure we understood how to use it on the app.
We were very happy indeed with all interactions with Abbie, John and the team.

Although there were some niggling communication issues in the beginning, I cannot fault Sustain and the team for the work they have done. From Ashley's patience, to Antonio's and Ash's swift work on the installation day - this was a good choice for us.

Very efficient, with clear advice and guidance during initial enquiry and purchase. Very happy with instalment team. Efficient and tidy explained what they were doing. Good follow up post instalment and explanation of documents being sent.

Very happy with my solar panel and heat pump installation through a government grant. After initial delays, Sustain Homes communicated well, answered my questions, and were transparent throughout. I was also able to purchase extra solar panels and a battery through them at a good price. The installation teams were courteous and professional, and I am very pleased with the finished work. Would recommend!

The two teams were very efficient and got on with their work.They were very polite,professional and very respectful of us and our property. They were very trustworthy and if anything had to be moved out of the way they put it back in the right place. All neat and tidy as they worked.Happy group and nice to be around. I order a solar and battery…
I order a solar and battery installation from Scottish Power. The system was handled by Sustain Homes, a Scottish Power partner. The whole process from order to fitting was hassle free, with good communication throughout. On lnstallation day, the men arrived on time, and got on with their work immediately. 8am to 4pm and the work was finished. The two fitters were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend Scottish Power. 5 stars from me

Scaffolding removal - Sustain’s polite but ineffective office staff often underdelivered on arranging this.

Removal date arranged, then sustain staff change it to an earlier day. Wait in all day for them to turn up no communication until I chased and told an unavoidable situation not turning up very frustrating. Informed Saturday removal had been requested and informed 1st job of the day had been requested. I was hoping this would be the case and wouldn’t be let down again as I informed them I was going out by noon.

Surprisingly they did turn up at a reasonable time and the two guys very polite they got the scaffolding down safely in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks guys I know all the delays weren’t your fault.

Communication is key to not having a really annoyed customer. Sustain office staff please sort yourselves out because of this and other incorrect information already addressed I would hesitate to recommend, which is a shame as the lads on the ground do a fantastic job and are polite and helpful and that is the only reason this 2nd review gets 2 stars and not 1 star.

Really happy with the service from Sustain.They installed my air-source heat pump,hot-water cylinder,radiators and solar system with hybrid inverter. I have been incredibly impressed with Sustain Homes from start to finish on our project. We were having a full renewables retrofit, replacing a 30 year old oil boiler with a heat pump and installing Solar PV, Battery & EV charger. We wanted one company that could do all of it, plus handle the funding application side of things and Sustain have been fantastic every step of the way from design/planning to project delivery and aftercare. This was not a straightforward project at all, especially for the heat pump so a particular shout out goes to Jacob Wareham and Chris Rose for their problem solving abilities, fantastic workmanship and attention to detail. These guys are not about getting in and out as quickly as possible but rather making sure the job is done to a really high standard!

We are extremely happy with the project and couldn't recommend Sustain enough to anyone else thinking of undertaking these sorts of works!

The design process was simple and the proposal was clearly laid out showing anticipated savings using solar.

The communication regarding scaffolding work was clear and installers on time.

On the day of solar installation the team worked flat out all day and the waste was collected promptly afterwards.

The app for viewing what the system generates is simple to use and easy to see a wealth of information.

Loads of after sales support at the end of the phone and couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

The workmen arrived on time and were very efficient completing the work very quickly. They also arranged for the removal of the scaffolding at a time to suit me.

The men who did the installation, Antonio and Andy where very good got on with the installation, quicker than I thought they would be and cleared everything away.
