Sutton Capital and Joel offer deep insights into venture capital and private equity, the kind typically accessible only through years of experience in a financial firm—far beyond the scope of a standard MBA program. I even got to attend a valuable networking event where I flew in from Chicago to attend one of Joel's LP mixers in NYC, where I had the chance to connect in person with him, other Sutton cohorts, LPs, and other VC/PE investors. Nowhere else have I seen such a practical portal to learn through, especially for someone trying to transition into VC/PE such as myself.

The quality of Joel’s events are high. He understands the needs and problems of investors. His mentorship and guidance help you to take action.

The program is exceptional and everything and more than I had hoped it would be. Joel is exceptional and the connections you make and the education you get is one of a kind. I was very hesitant as most would be, with these types of social media promoted programs, but this is not at all, a get rich quick scheme and what you will got out of this, you cannot find anywhere else, unless you spend many years working your way through this sector. I highly recommend!

There are ample opportunities to get exposed to diverse deals and present them during the weekly meetings. The instructors provide insightful feedback as well. I would highly recommend the program.

Great program! The activity level is top-notch, and there are consistent and tangible opportunities to get involved with deals and learn. Joel is great. He makes a real effort to connect with every participant. I had to step away because of a family loss, and when I came back, it was like I hadn't missed a beat. Sutton Capital is a great platform to develop knowledge and network needed to get into VC. Joel, Jacob and Jordan have been extremely supportive in my journey to become a venture capitalist. The course contents are very relevant, and there are a lot of opportunities to discuss the startup deals with them who are very experienced venture investors. I learned a lot from them, from all the activities they recommended to do, as well as the people with all kinds of superpowers in the program.
