They refuse to accept returns even though their add says they accept them for 30 days

Do NOT BUY from this company. The shirt I ordered does not fit me at all. It’s way, way too long but very loose in the shoulders, the shoulders don’t sit where they should be, and I ordered my normal size. Plus you can’t get the wrinkles out no matter how hard you try, and I tried everything!
They WILL NOT REFUND my money or stand behind their product. Its ridiculous!! They actually told me I should just throw it away!!

Your company does not honor its return policy. Will never buy from you again and will pass a warning on to friend

I placed and order in June and it was wrong right off. They quickly changed the order and said it was mailed. I wrote a couple of times to let them know I had not received it. The merchandise did arrive yesterday and is very nice quality.

This company is very deceptive. I bought a t-shirt that did not fit! I inquired about returning it and they requested photos of the packaging, bar code and SKU number. Upon receiving that information, they told me according to the specifications it should fit!! I never heard of such a thing! They know my body!! What?!? I will never buy another product from this company or any company related to them. Buyer Beware!!

Saw an ad on a mobile game, flashed the word "Nordstrom" so I open the website and it's this Suttonvale.com, which they messed up when they copied their OTHER scam site, one of the emails on one of the pages is service(at)nordrefined.com which has terrible reviews and looks exactly the same. No where on the site does it list an address for returns, and I guarantee this is a Chinese drop ship company that sells polyester "printed" items. Hope nobody gets tricked by this. The next time I saw the ad it said "Talbots" - they are lying about what brands they carry, they are unrelated to Nordstrom and Talbots.

I will not order as they have hijacked another major retailer’s ads, which is suspicious in its own right. They offer an extensive company profile, but state they are shipping worldwide. Scrolling through their clothing, you then come to the “quilted” laundry baskets, which in my case, came as an ugly muddy print, not the cute hand stitching promised in other campaigns. I’m steering clear and saving my $$.
