My very first shipment and the box arrived damaged and very. There was zero dry ice inside the box (which is why the box was all wet). I did go to customer service and talked to Arabella and she made it right with a credit. It was just very disappointing. My very first shipment was damaged.

Recent customer service experience has been great. There was a window where it was very slow, almost non existent and was terrible.

Did not get the email say it shipped. It says shipped in the details online but turns out that isn’t actually when it ships. Stop being confusing. If it has not shipped don’t say it is.

There needs to be more positive contact with customers on when an order is being placed, and when selections can be adjusted, and by all means, a better way to give the customer a delivery schedule. If I had been out of town, which happens, the entire delivery would have been ruined.

Just giving a quick overview of my Suvie Experience for 2-Years now. I am thrilled with the quality of service they provide. The meals are always interesting, some order again and again. The sauces are wonderful, and the balance of scheduling when flying around for work and being in and out of town but knowing you have something good in the freezer to quickly cook in 40-50mins is a wonderful thing. Highly recommend, and the Customer Service is top-tier, always quick to respond to emails and always with answers. Can't recommend them enough, and glad finally made the purchase after considering it for 1-2 Years before I bought mine. Sadly don't have the new one, but like my older 2.0 one just as well. ^_^

While I like the convenience of being able to pop something into the SuVie and just let it go, sometimes converting regular meals to SuVie can be tricky. I am giving this 3 stars because the idea was great, the execution could have been better. The shipping logistics for the food boxes have been a nightmare. The app says they ship on one date and provide a tracking number, a week later the box still hasn’t shipped. The shipping company doesn’t bother to enter the information into their system so you can’t track your box to know when it will arrive. If they leave the box at the wrong door you run the risk of the box being left outside for too long. Then there is the cost. They tell you that you can get your SuVie for $149 but there is a catch. You have to subscribe to their food boxes for at least 6 shipments of at least 4 meals. This usually works out to about $138. In the end you are paying more, instead of just paying $699 outright. If you are thinking about getting a SuVie, there are better options out there.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I ordered this product for my parents. I returned five days after getting it. I called and spoke with a representative and requested them to not send the free meals because we weren't keeping the oven. They sent the free meals anyway. They where left outside and we did not feel they were edible. The FOOD cost MORE then OVEN! $295.65 ---4-packs of Salmon for two.The food was suppoosed to be free.

I have to say we were a Hello Fresh family and we loved it but the prep was a lot to do at 6:45 on a Tuesday night after activities so when I saw this come up in my Facebook feed I was totally pumped! When it works correctly it is like kitchen sorcery to have food kept cold all day and then cooked and ready when we get home. I do have some critiques though:
My robot came but the pans didn’t and then I started receiving meal shipments without the stuff to cook them in. It took an email and two calls to customer service to fix this and it took about three weeks after that to get me trays.
The tab on the recipe card only scans correctly about 20% of the time and then I have to hand enter it (I always forget about the app).
The food is pretty good, not Hello Fresh good but good. The meat is never dry and is tasty. I did have one chicken recipe this week where the chicken was still raw so I had to roast it another 15 minutes. The broccoli and green beans are always soggy but cauliflower, sweet potatoes, corn, and peas are fine. The mashed potato stuff requires more milk and butter than the recipe calls for to be good.
One thing I wasn’t expecting was up charged meals that were chicken or pork. I can understand steak and shrimp. You really have to watch the up-charges.The desserts are pricey but good. They have a pretty good variety but I still wish it was Hello Fresh quality and price without the prep.
The air fryer portion is just ok. I originally intended on getting rid of my air fryer when I bought this machine but I have kept it because it works better.
Overall this has made life a lot easier and we are eating healthy food at home. I think this may be a new company and with time the machine will improve and the meal selection will grow even bigger. I order 6 meals every two weeks and that works we for my small family. For now I will keep ordering.

Two weeks after ordering the oven and credit card being charged, still no arrival. There was an order status link in my confirmation email but the link went to a broken link page. I tried to cancel my order but no way to speak to anyone through their Facebook page, chat, or contact email. Finally through chat I demanded to get a confirmation of my cancel. It was acknowledged but would take 12-24 days for the refund. I waited then threatened to file a chargeback with my CC. I got an immediate message in chat that they entered a ticket. Wait 3-5 MORE DAYS! This company has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and is obviously having cash flow problems. Run!
