Great service from Richard and Andy, particularly Andy who communicated well throughout and was flexible with timings on collection and co-ordinated the vehicle prep for me. The dealership is well kept and presented, all staff were friendly and helpful, even during busy times. When we pointed out an issue with the car's paintwork (suspected a dodgy respray to cover a scratch at some point) the guys arranged for it to be fixed in the body-shop, and we are happy with the work done. Car seems great, and we feel like we've got a great deal too, having seen older models with more mileage at a higher price elsewhere.

Great all round service, non-pushy sales, and currently no reason not to revisit and purchase again in the future. Cheers guys!

Edited 29th Dec:
SUV Prestige finally offered me a courtesy car on 13th Dec whilst they fixed the fault. The car was returned to me on the 18th. When driving the courtesy car away, they drove into my wall and knocked it down. Still waiting to hear how they’re resolving it.
In the meantime, the original fault is back. Phoned this morning and have been promised a callback from ‘Gary’ all day, despite me phoning several times.
I currently have a car that is not fit for purpose and warns me that in 500 miles, the engine won’t start. I go away for New Year on Sunday and need to return for a family funeral on Wednesday. I don’t trust this car to not leave me stranded and unable to get back for the child’s funeral. Will edit again with hopefully news of how helpful and accommodating they have been, how my car is fixed and how my wall has been repaired….

Edited 11th Dec after initially leaving a 5 star review: It’s been 10 days since I bought the car and an engine fault warning has appeared. Contacted SUV Prestige who told me someone called Gary would be in touch. Phoned the dealership to be told nobody called Gary works there. I felt totally brushed off, and was told there’s nothing they can do and to go through the warranty company. None of the garages near me will repair through warranty companies as they never get paid. Issues with contacting the warranty company as the contract is so new it’s not on their system yet. Also turns out the warranty only applies up to 1200 miles- I made a point of saying how much I drive for work, so I would expect to have been told this mileage limit upon purchase. So I’ve spent all day ringing around to try to get this fault diagnosed, hoping I won’t be out of pocket. Meanwhile I need to find other transport for work.
I’ll edit my review again when I see how this pans out. After spending £12k on a car, I’d expect a little more customer service. I didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience. Not happy at all.

Highly recommend this garage. They have been helpful and professional with excellent service from start to finish. No pushy sales which I really appreciate. Happy with the care taken to make sure it was the right vehicle for me.

From the minute we stepped in the dealership (which is impressive) we were made to feel good. The salesman Harry was extremely helpful and we were able to take the Skoda Kamiq for a test run. When it came to the handover Andy was exceptional, filling out all the paperwork, and handing over the car. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend SUV Prestige for all the care they took with us.
