Quick, transparent and easy to deal with. Nothing hidden, car was beautifully presented and the process was excellent.

Staff are very helpful and no pressure for viewing the car. The price is relatively cheaper in the market. Easy for order and collection.

I initially contacted SUV Prestige after seeing a car advertised on Autotrader. They were prompt in replying to my enquiry.
I wished to part-exchange my vehicle and they offered me a fair PX price. I visited the showroom to test-drive the vehicle, really nice, professional showroom.
Richard caught up with me after the test-drive and explained the purchase process. He also highlighted the extras that could be purchased such as GAP, Warranty, and paint protection, but there was no pressure to take these options (a previous dealer I'd visited earlier in the week took the liberty of including all of these on the quote price hoping I wouldn't notice!)
We arranged a collection date so that the vehicle could be prepared.
Collection day went smoothly. The car was sparkling and waiting for me at the front doors. The paperwork was straight-forward. I was shown the service history, HPI report, and the work that had been carried out by their workshop. I left with a vehicle that looked and felt brand new.
I'm not made of money so buying a car is a big deal. I feel that the SUV Prestige team made the process as stress-free as they could, and I have already recommended them to my dad and a friend who are both looking to purchase vehicles in the near future.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a fantastic upgrade for myself of a Volkswagen Passat GT. The car had everything I wanted and the shop even added Apple CarPlay for me on request. The salesman gave me walk round videos of the car. The car then got a fresh MOT and touch up, ready for my collection. On the day the team worked together to make sure I knew how to use certain features such as the Apple CarPlay, even staying late after work to do so. I drove the car back to home, 80 miles from the garage, and have already fallen in love with it. I will definitely be getting my next car and referring friends and family to this garage in the future!

Saw a car we liked for our daughter, test drove it and reserved it, they stayed on past closing time to answer all our questions and we have today picked the car up after its preparation process. Good experience overall.. we had a slight disappointment the day before we were expecting to collect due to the delay of the MOT, however the staff at SUV were extremely helpful and still managed to get the car collected on the same day. Very nice showroom and all the staff seem to be really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

For someone who has never gone through this before financing a car, they made things extremely easy and stress free to get done.

Very good experience with SUV Prestige. No sales pressure at all from them , just straightforward and clear process if you wish to buy the car. The level of preparation they put in to my BMW was fantastic( almost like new) and certainly the highest spec car I've ever owned. All staff especially Andy were a pleasure to deal with and communications were excellent. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a very well priced, premium level car
