Very disappointing service from a so called prestige dealer
I seen the particular car and colour I was looking for on SUV Prestige website. I made a request for a video and specifically asked about body damage. I was told the bodywork was like new.
Following my long trip to look at the vehicle and sign all paperwork, i was then advised that there was only 1 key and no locking wheel nuts. I then started the long drive home. On way, I stopped to have a break and had another, more detailed look over the vehicle. At this time I noticed 3 particular scratches on the vehicle bodywork I never noticed at the dealer and also a deep scratch on one of the door handles (possibly my own fault for not checking it over properly before signing the paperwork). I also believe they are hidden slightly with the autoglym life shine.
I emailed SUV Prestige soon after arriving home along with the relevant photos of the scratches.
The response was, 1 particular scratch wasn’t there when it left the showroom and the other scratches are consistent with the age of the vehicle. Of the car came to them with 1 key, they sell it with 1 key and same with no locking wheel nuts.
I was with the car at all times after leaving the dealer so I know the scratches never happened afterwards, and I would expect a dealer to notify customers if there is only 1 key with a vehicle especially when it costs a further £400 to obtain a spare one.
Very disappointed overall with the service including them ignoring my emails afterwards.

Hi Robbie, thank you for your feedback. I have had a look into this, spoken with the relevant teams and dug out the paperwork from the vehicle preparation. I can see that there were some minor scratches on the vehicle which we touched in/buffed out and any remaining marks were only very minor blemishes which you would expect any used car to have. With any used car there will be some imperfections, but looking at our information your car was for its age and mileage in great condition. We would love to make sure every car leaves us absolutely perfect however it just isn't possible realistically. Speaking with our handover team you did look around the vehicle to ensure you were happy and it was explained there was only one key for this vehicle before you signed anything or left us. As for locking wheel nuts some cars just don't come with them unfortunately. We are obviously upset to hear that you were not 100% happy with your experience, but we do always try our best to give every customer the best possible experience.
5 Star experience,will never go anywhere else.
Just bought a lovely golf from these guys,they were brilliant from day 1,I test drove 2 cars,put a deposit down on one but ended up buying the other,colour purposes only.The set up is absolutely outstanding,everybody up there is so polite and helpful,they really do work as a team.Dean was helpful from day 1 then Andy went through all the paperwork and the car at the end.Don’t think you’ll beat them on prices either.Thank you all so much for your time and effort.

Great service from the team…
Went to SUV Prestige as they had a good selection of cars at decent prices. They came up with a great car for us, prepped it immaculately and added on extras that we wished to pay for. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Harry and Andy made the process easy and communication all the way through the process was quick and responsive. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Try SUV Prestige 1st before others
Car prepared and everything fixed at its highest standard before handing over to me. I get my car under financial agreement, just my credit score not good, but they spent a lot of efforts to help me fixed it. Now I hv a very nice car (even it’s 19 registration) look and feel brand new to drive home. Thank you so much for SUV Prestige teams.
