BUYER BEWARE. They will fraudulently charge you. Do NOT give this company your financial info. The absolute worst. Fraudulent billing practices. I don’t even have an account and they charged me. I paid for one time and did NOT sign up for any monthly plan but they charged my card anyways and now it’s costing me tons of time away from my job to get them to credit it back. I don’t even have an account to go in and cancel it. It does not recognize my email address. I have emailed the owner Stacy Reynolds and she is extremely uncooperative in addition to the fraudulent billing.

I was watching one of Meredith Shirk’s advertisements and decided to try it. After proceeding with my information, I started getting forwarded to a company called Committed Coaches. I was charged $364. They sent me a year’s supply of the cheap supplements and some collagen. A man named Jason Bailey out of Texas called to set me up. I tried to cancel the 3rd week of the program but Jason would not take my calls or emails and instructed the Coach Steve guy to keep sending me information to make it look like I was part of the program. I told them I dis not want anything else from them and to not charge me for the next month. They did anyway. I am trying to make contact with them but they still took my money. I do NOT recommend this program. It is a scam.

Seems impossible to cancel a subscription as these automatically sign you up for repeat months. Total scammer !

The same as what others experienced, you trustingly join for a short period and then they are taking you money and you can’t stop it!! What an immoral way to cheat innocent people out of money!

Absolute scam of a company! That stole money out of my account every month that increased as the months went on! I remember looking at this product once then getting flooded daily with several scammy emails which all went to my scam folder. Cant email the support link as it doesn't work either! Right rip off scam company site app!!! Not worth the 1 star review but it is the only lowest option, minus -10 is really what I would like to rate it

Although having spoken to a coach to say their programme was not for me, they continue to flood my emails.

HOW MANY EMAILS DOES IT TAKE !!!

I signed up for this & made the mistake of agreeing to a 7 day trial for accelerated body club, which automatically charges you after 7 days. I managed to cancel the subscription, which isn’t straightforward. However, I have since had a fraudulent subscription for something random set up & can only relate it to this. Fortunately my bank warned me & stopped the charge. Be very aware!

After buying once off exercise program, I was automatically subscribed to an annual deduction without my permission and a large amount in ZAR currency was deducted from my account. The subscription was canceled, thank goodness, but after several emails and promises, I still haven't been refunded. It's a scam.

We bought a product from them and they automatically signed us up for their subscription at $52.60 a month. No emails from them for the start of the subscription or email receipts. Just found out after they had been doing this for 3 years. Only offered 4 months refund.

THIS IS A SCAM!! It’s not a product but a subscription … for NOTHING!!
Fully refunded by PAYPAL - immediately. Do they’re clearly expecting the fraud claim.

I did not sign up for them taking money from my Bank account, I actually canx the information on the website. They clearly tried to take £22.54 twice. My bank blocked the transaction, thank goodness.
What a scam.

"Founder And Head Trainer As Well Fitness Nutritionist, Meredith Shirk, Prides Herself In Being 100% Open And Honest With Her Clientele" says the Svelte website. What an absolute joke this is!!!
I signed up for a one-off lifetime limited service and a book. I paid via paypal. Without my knowledge or authorisation I was 'opted in' through a small tick box to a free trial of additional services and then charged 49$ per month via my paypal account. The 'book' is actually an 'ebook'. I am now trying to get my 245$ back for a service I did not order, did not want and have not accessed.
I received no emails from Svelte and it turns out that they took my email from my paypal sign in (not used for emails and never given out). Is this even legal?
Customer services only offered me 2 months refund (out of 5 months) and said this was all he was authorised to do. After I made threats to go public across social media he increased this to 4 months. I am still having to escalate to get the outstanding 1 month. I hope I receive this.
DO NOT TRUST SVELTE AND IF YOU DO DECIDE TO SIGN UP DO IT VERY VERY CAREFULLY

Thought I was buying a book, but it was a subscription and tried taking payment out.
