Neptun Spas Reviews

Do not get involved with this company, particularly Mr. Eriksson. In December 2024 we paid, in good faith, a deposit for a refurbishment of our spa. After months of excuses and broken promises I had to get a third party involved to get our spa fixed up.
Given the situation I asked for our deposit to be returned. Mr. Eriksson promised several times to do so, however, the payment has not come through yet. The police was informed and suprisengly when filing the report I found out that there are other victims who paid money for something which was not delivered.
Unfortunately, things work slowly in Spain but they do work...

Don’t go near this business or any of their international affiliates- we paid a deposit for work to be done and for 9mths we were chasing them to complete the work - one excuse after the next, more promises and excuses. We requested a full refund after 6mths and more excuses and reasons why the repayment of OUR MONEY was not processed. Also spoke to their Nordic head office and completely useless and lacking any customer service. We are still chasing the refund of the stolen deposit and have started a legal process. Avoid this business as there are plenty of reliable spa outlets in Southern Spain.
