They picked up my bike quickly and kindly. However, I am very disappointed that the service closes in Milan. I am an early client and I have always spread the service, and I think think you really did poor advertising and communication for a city like Milan.

The service was great! I'd get smaller bikes
The service was great, but I do think the bike is too big and heavy, not very comfortable to use in a non bike friendly city such as Milan.

ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento
l'appuntamento era alle 12.30, il personale mi ha chiamato alle 13 per avvertirmi di avere un'ulteriore mezz'ora di ritardo, l'ho trovato poco professionale come atteggiamento.
dato il danno imputato alla bici, mi è stata ritirata la bici rotta e consegnata immediatamente una nuova.
purtroppo però, nonostante 2 anni di abbonamento pagato con regolarità e nessuna riparazione richiesta (se non ogni tanto una gonfiata alle gomme), mi verrà fatturato il danno alla bici. non lo trovo corretto, specialmente in quanto l'ammontare fatturato corrisponde all'ammontare da pagare in caso di furto.

Ciao Federica! Purtroppo alle volte arriviamo in ritardo; non abbiamo controllo sul traffico di Milano! Mi spiace pero' che il mio collega non ti abbia avvertito per tempo. Ci scusiamo per questo.
Purtroppo il danno verra' fatturato a te dato che la responsabilità per la bici e' tua per la durata del contratto. Sfortunatamente il danno subito dalla bici non permette la riparazione della ruota questa volta (e' inutilizzabile e non riparabile), altrimenti non ci sarebbe stato nessun costo aggiuntivo!

Buona organizzazione ebike scadente
Organizzazione perfetta ma la ebike di scarsa qualità. Il freno a pedale posteriore complica alcune ripartenze da fermo, non dando la possibilità di allineare i pedali orizzontalmente. In mezzo al traffico è un problema non da poco. Il cestino anteriore se caricato con peso discreto riduce la stabilità del manubrio.

Mi spiace che non ti sia trovata bene con la bici 😓. In generale le bici, essendo modelli olandesi, hanno tutte il freno a contropedale e si deve fare un pochino di pratica se non si e' abituati; per quanto riguarda il peso sul cestino: e' normale, anche con una bici differente sarebbe la stessa cosa! 💙💙
