Swap Language Reviews

This is one of the most organized and quick-to-understand Danish language sites I have ever seen. I am still on module one, but I can already speak certain words.

After starting up on duolingo & municipality online lessons, I have found this format to be much better than the rest.

The teacher, is great at connecting with people, making the best use of our skills and having a lot of patience. The flexibility of the classes is what makes it possible in the first place, accomodating for your personal needs in a busy environment.
The reduced number of students allows the teacher great focus, both Vigdis and Allan are fun and great at pointing out specific language patterns or "traps" for Danish language, their video formats are making it easy to learn and remember.

I intend to learn the Danish language and I used this site well to learn this language. In my opinion, the way of fluent teaching and the use of useful and practical words in less than half an hour is one of the remarkable aspects of this training.

Swap Language is a fantastic resource for anyone looking to learn Danish language in an engaging, flexible, and effective way. The combination of comprehensive course content, exercises makes it a very good platform to learn Danish !! I recommend SWL for everyone who are willing to learn Danish!!

Totally recommend Swap Language for learning Danish. When I moved to Denmark, I tried few different ways of learning the language but without any progress until I found SWL.
Swap Language not only taught me the most important vocabulary but also gave great insights into Danish culture and traditions, sharing popular sayings, jokes, and local customs. Also, they make internationals very welcome, which is a great value.
They do magic - keep you motivated and entertained while sharing massive knowledge. Thanks to Swap I can communicate in Danish and most important - I get the jokes ;)

I have been using Swap Language for a month now, and I must say it has been an incredible experience. As someone who recently moved to Denmark and is attending Danish language school, I found Swap Language to be an invaluable resource in my language learning journey.

It is user-Friendly Interface and has engaging Content. The lessons are well-structured and cover a wide range of topics, from grammar and vocabulary to cultural insights. The interactive exercises and real-life dialogues make learning fun and effective.

I highly recommend Swap Language to anyone looking to learn Danish. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this platform offers everything you need to succeed. Thank you, Swap Language, for making my language learning journey enjoyable and effective.

Known through a senior student in language school via language teacher, it is definitly a very amazing platform. A great way to learn language for sure. The simple and visually appealing design of the website enhances the learning experience. One of the standout is comprehensive course structure.
Highly recommended.

After a few years of complacency, I wanted to rededicate myself to learning Danish and somehow found my way to Swap Language. There are hundreds of short lessons that each feature some vocabulary, a grammar lesson, an amusing little video applying the learning, and finally, exercises for practice.

Vigdis, the teacher, is fantastic! The material is clear and accessible and, as you progress through the modules, you start to notice the extraordinary attention to detail in the course materials. Exercises are not just learning through rote repetition; example by example, each one seems designed to build on the lesson, demonstrating some specific nuance of language. Thanks for all the hard work and for making these resources freely available!

As an non-danish person, this is the easiest place i get to learn danish more easily & quickly. The pronunciation are easily understood as the teacher teaches in English first. All the free lessons are soo good & you can even do exercise which is much better.
Thank you for creating such a platform & helping people.

The best!!! After 1 year studying Danish in schools and looking for feedback I came across Swap Language, I was happy for its existence. They go beyond the ordinary, they motivate you to study and without realizing it you have a smile on your face. As an immigrant you often look for that understanding where the teachers make you feel that you will really achieve it. It means a lot to me and I'm sure it means a lot to many people. I am a doctor and you have the methodology that is needed to be able to learn at a professional level, thank you for that. I have recommended to my friends to learn with you. And of course I recomend to everybody.

It’s an amazing way to learn Danish. I highly recommend it!!

I strongly recommend this platform to all internationals those want to improve their Danish language and learn more about Danish culture.

Module lessons are perfect to learn grammar, pronunciation and also culture! They are teaching Danish in a structured and funny way with useful videos and nice dialogues.

There are hundreds of free 20-25 min. lessons. I wish I should have been aware much earlier.

Big thanks and congratulations to Vigdis, Allan and Nichlas :)

In my opinion, one of the best language platforms I’ve ever encountered. And the best part: recently it became absolutely free! I like how guys try to explain everything in the simplest way possible but still give so much from the very beginning.

Also, I found it really funny and cute how all of the role-playing dialogues always end up with someone trying not to laugh which makes educational process even more interesting and enjoyable.

And a quick gratitude for the nice customer support!

Have been using SwapLanguage for about a year now. Not only is it an extremely useful and easy to use platform to help with my Danish learning, but also quick and easy to communicate and resolve any issues with the team behind the platform. Would thoroughly recommend it as a product!

11/10! This is an extremely well-done course in Danish, and trust me, I've tried a couple before. It's the only one I've seen that is divided into Modules (just like in the official Danish education system) and for a person now studying in Denmark, that's super helpful.

The lessons are a great length (20-30 minutes each) and the teachers seem super friendly, so it's just a fun time to watch them! On the lower levels they speak English, but in the further modules the lessons are fully in Danish, so it's a great way to immerse yourself in the language.

I appreciate the topics covered are not only grammar and language structure, but also Danish traditions, customs, and social life. Everything you need to actually understand a different culture!

Lastly, I like that the course focuses on pronunciation (which for most students, me included, is the hardest part), and underneath the lesson you can listen to the keywords you just learned. As of August 2024 the vocabulary practice it's in a BETA version, so I'm excited to see where it goes!

I already recommended this course to all my friends who are learning Danish, so really, that is the highest praise I could give <3

Great material, that follows the official Danish sprogskolen curriculum for Modules 1 to 4. I really like the format of their courses: they are long enough (25 minutes, in average), filled with relevant material engaging, and funny. People are helpful and answer your questions/concerns quite fast.
And it is free!

Swap Language provides amazing tools that make language learning relevant, meaningful, and engaging. Carefully planned and structured lessons guide you through a process of learning context-relevant vocabulary that you can start using from the very first lesson.

Moreover, the team creates such a welcoming and easy-going learning environment that you feel you’re learning among friends.

I am absolutely impressed with their clever and personal approach to digital learning, and I warmly recommend them to anyone learning Danish.

I have been living in Denmark for a while now and try to learn danish by going to a "sprogskole" on the evenings or weekends, then on my own with some app...
Swap Language is a combination of all of these and is the best : you watch the videos (quite short - max 30min) when you have time and practice online with a teacher once a week. I like it very much and saw the progress month after month.
A big thanks to Vigdis for her support, knowledge, patience and good mood. It's a pleasure to meet up every week :)
I highly recommend Swap Language

I think Swap Language is the most attractive tool to learn the language that you want to learn (Danish for me). The lessons are easy to follow, on point and it's really fun to learn.

I am very happy that I found your team and your website with a lot of materials for learning Danish. Your way of learning Danish through videos, conversations, various tasks, and podcasts is so encouraging that I learn Danish with you literally every day. I see huge progress in learning Danish and, most importantly, I have more courage to use this language in everyday life. Your way of learning is very effective. Sometimes I'm surprised that I remember new vocabulary so quickly when I learn with you. Learning Danish becomes easier with you. Thank you :)
