Sono allibito dai modi truffaldini in cui mi è stato chiuso il conto challenge e dalla giustificazione che mi è stata data dal supporto. Le regole di trading parlano chiaramente di un limite di drawdown giornaliero del 5% sul bilancio iniziale del giorno, e invece mi sono ritrovato l'account chiuso per un drawdown di appena l'1,17%!!! Nonostante avergli spiattellato in faccia le regole da loro scritte mi viene detto che in realtà il Drawdown è un valore finale che non si riferisce alle perdite totali subite dagli ordini chiusi, ma prende in considerazione la differenza tra il capitale massimo giornaliero e il capitale corrente, rispetto al 5% del capitale iniziale giornaliero, mostrandomi poi una formula assurda per giustificare la cosa. Tutto questo è davvero assurdo, disonesto e vergognoso!!! Adesso hanno chiuso il ticket e non hanno voluto più ascoltare la verità che gli ho messo in faccia, segnalerò senz'altro la questione nelle sedi competenti e mi auguro che abbiano vita breve in questo settore. Non acquistate una challenge da loro nemmeno se dovesse trattarsi dell'ultima prop firm al mondo. Davvero penosi!!!

Part 2; I wouldn't say they are a scam but they do NOT have integrity. Be careful. I would look at other options
To follow up on PART 1 after i message them a longer version of that which is what i was able to write in the 4k words i limit on here adding to that that even support said on THEIR DISCORD there was an issue with the platform during that time. I didn’t hear from them. So i messaged them again on 8-14-24, which 8 days later. The platform glitched again. This time i had proof and my funded evaluation account is down 9k now at this point and im still messaging them about my personal account as well. I even said i have the video of it happening this time. I didn’t remember the video until my 6th attempt to try and leave the trade and it not work. I was able to get the 7th and 8th attempt of trying to close the trade. I also bring up how support lies and said i could get fixed drawdown on this account and he would send it to the right dept. I also explain i have other losses on that account 500 and up to 3k that i not bring up cause i EARNED those loses and I shouldn’t have to take losses I didn’t earn. I fully understand not believing me before, but this time i have proof of the 4th trade which is doing the same thing i said the first 3 was doing. I think that should prove i was telling the truth and further proving the complaint I of my issue.
8-16-24 Darian replies back after 10 days of talking about both accounts that i need to contact sway markets about the 3 trades i had issues with, since they only deal with swayfunded accounts and that the 4 trades i sent didn’t show any errors and he sent me a screenshot of the something that was suppose to be the trades i made. I wrote back the same day saying, “ I’m extremely frustrated. You clearly stated, “
As previously mentioned, our system does not show any errors or attempts to close trades. Each time a client attempts to close a trade and an error occurs, the system records this event. How can that be when I even attached a video proof of it not closing a trade? I also explain that glitches can happen and it not show up on their end.
Within this same day i write sway markets who I informed you all use the same servers and trading platform as Swayfunded. Send them the trade IDs and NO video proof. Messages me back on 8-18-24 and says they see the errors and others had errors during this exact time frame and put those affected trades at BE and refunded me my money.
Now back to Darian on 8-18-24. says, “ Unfortunately, without any supporting evidence, we are unable to process a refund. Our records indicate that the issue on that day began around 11:30 AM server time, which does not coincide with the time of your trade” I responded same day and I’m pissed but respectful, “ I’m confused you started out saying there wasn’t an issue. Now you are saying there was an issue but not during my trading time. This is completely unacceptable as a company. I’m letting you guys know i had issues being plural but I didn’t have proof at the time. Then it happens again and i have proof and you completely disregard that lol. In the video it clearly shows in the video position id 266908335 trade taken 12/08/24 at 9:52am on your website it shows the same trade same date and time with a video of me being able to close a trade until the 8 time trying which coincided with what i stated about my other trades. Proving that there was a glitch in your system and that i suffered multiple losses due to your system issue and you responded back with the proof shown to you that, “i had no supporting evidence and you can't process a refund”. I also ad on to that after i see the message from sway markets, “To add on to my previous message 10 minutes ago how is it that i can send sway markets the same information i sent you. They investigate and they refund me my lost money. You on the other hand tell me nothing happened?” this is the short version it's a lot more in depth than this w/ video evidence, screenshots of everything I am saying.
8-19-24 Now he knows he is caught on this one after saying no glitches were found and sending what i can assume now to be fake screenshots of my trades with no errors. He now has one of the same trade with the video evidence and screenshot he send a screen shot of his own that shows an error. He goes, “ We sincerely apologize for not noticing that you had already provided us with the Trade ID 266908335 in your previous email regarding the video trade. Upon reviewing this, we have indeed identified that this trade seems to have encountered an error in our system”. Mind you every message im bring up all the trades and support lying about me getting fixed drawdown. I also brought up on 8-14-24 how i woke up in a trade i didn’t open and no pending order that i had a trade 8k in profit i have no idea how it got there and i messed up my consistency and double my target price to pass. He ignored that as well. He’s not responding to any of it.
I asked to be connected with someone higher than him. guess what happened? Ignored

These guys manipulate their markets so your TP won’t hit. I’ve placed the same trades on my personal trading account and I have 0 problems but for some reason my TP never hits when I make I trade using this firm. I feel like they do this so you can go on drawdown and blow the account. I didn’t even sign up for this prop firm I came from my flash funding, which I had a 6% profit target but they changed it to 10% and added new rules designed to make traders fail. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else.

Scam both glow node and sway funded. Contact me in private whoever wants proof and I’ll gladly show it.
I am thoroughly disappointed with both Sway Funded and Glow Node. I initially signed up for a challenge with Glow Node under specific terms, but after their partnership with Sway Funded, the rules changed drastically. Sway Funded reset my account to zero despite being in profit, restricted profit-making, and increased the profit targets. None of these changes were agreed upon.
To make matters worse, neither Sway Funded nor Glow Node will issue a refund of the $49 I paid for the challenge. If this had been a $200k challenge, the financial loss could have been higher. Both companies are highly unreliable and deceptive. Doing business with them is risky and potentially very costly. Avoid them at all costs. $49 lost won’t make me poor for sure. But the principle is what I stand for. No wonder now why you both have so many bad reviews. Of course stealing money from people. All the best with your scamming business model.

I am a MyFlashFunding customer prior to the acquisition, and Sway assumes 0 responsibility due for MYFF CEO Blake’s actions and ignorance. I would not expect a different attitude from Sway Funded as they immediately blocked me from their discord for simply asking a question.
Steer far guys, I lost $3500 and I see no reason for you guys to NOT lose money

I had a terrible experience with SWAY FUNDED. Their drawdown and consistency rules are designed to make traders fail. The rules are so restrictive and unrealistic that it’s almost impossible to maintain an account. It’s clear that they are more interested in collecting fees than supporting traders. Bad rules, platform and support!
I was migrated from myFlasFunding to Sway Funded and discovered the following.
* Sway Funded rules are so biased against the traders, targets are too high, trailing draw down rules based on equity, consistency rules.
* The trading platform is malfunctioning, the stop-loss of my order was not triggered. Still waiting it to be fixed for more than one week.

Sway Funded took over and its just horrible since...if you love throwing your money into the trash can then go for it... the platform is lagging horribly... thats why I made multiple orders.. I had a few sells open and the market was only going down... Sway closed the trades themself and claimed that I reached my daily loss xD...while the trades should be in big profit they were in big loss somehow

They didn't want to pay my refund fee from MyFlashFunding
I requested my first payout from MyFlashFunding on 16th May 2024. Their policy is purchase cost will be refunded on first payout so refund fee will be a part of the first payout. Then they had financial issue that made them cannot pay payouts. 3 months later, they were acquired by Sway Funded from Sway Markets. Blake (MyFF CEO) made a deal with Sway so all pending payouts from MyFF customers will be paid by them.
Last week finally, I got my first payout from that 16th May but it's only the performance fee (profit split) and my refund fee was not added. I e-mailed Sway about this and they declined to pay the refund fee that I deserved. I DM-ed Blake and he told me to reach Sway to sort that problem out. So none of them want to refund my purchase fee, but Blake is the one to blame because he owes me and other traders our refund fee from MyFF time. And Sway just doesn't care at all. I have waited for 3 months for this first payout and I was treated like this. Not just me, many traders also didn't get paid their refund fee from MyFF time.
My advice is just go with more established firm, don't go to Sway Funded just because they are a brokerage. And all funded traders from MyFF are demoted to phase 2 evaluation with 8% profit target & consistency rule. They make such rules and objectives that will make it hard for traders to reach payout. Go with FTMO or 5ers, they have premium price but you won't be facing any ridiculous issues.

I am a former MYFF client
I am a former MYFF client. They migrated my account to Sway Funded without my agreement. I was on 2-Phase 200k challenge. At the moment of the migration I was on phase 2 with a 206k (3% profit) balance. After the migration to Sway Funded, I needed to start over again at the initial balance of 200k, with a profit target of 8% instead of 6%. On top, Sway Funded has a trailing drawdown which is not in the favor of the trader and did not exist at MYFF. They do have very expensive add-ons, such a removing the trailing drawdown and reducing the profit target by 2%, but they did not grant these add-ons for migrated clients to match up with the MYFF rules. They even did not offer a refund as well, as I did not agree to the new rules. Of course is everything mentioned well documented by printscreens.
Summary: I would not chose Sway Funded if I would look for a new prop firm.

Scam Cheating Prop firm , Banning without any reason
They banned me [ Account disabled } without any proper or specific reason . they can do anything to your account in a single day because it's mentioned in their T&C, sway funded support is complete garbage they are closing my ticket without even answering . I told to myflashfunding [ company which is now owned by sway funded ] they are even worse not responding to my issues . myflashfunding is the worst propfirm according to slippage and execution . In my experience this prop firm is very bad i dont suggest to anybody . now sway funded is doing the job completely eliminating the old traders of myflashfunding are there benefits . I have all the proofs [ anybody having bad experience with this prop firm also report to propfirmmatch ]
Even though their migration is completed,they still banned my account.
This prop is scam , dont waste your money
