I've been using CloudAbove for over a decade now and still can't fault them :)

I'm a freelance dev and host 30+ sites with them. Their servers are quick with no hidden extras but it is the tech support that just makes me come back again and again - they answer quicker than most of friends do and, unlike my friends, know what they are on about! ;) I've never had an issue persist for more than a couple of hours.

Cloudabove has been so helpful. They transferred my domain and resolved any questions or problems promptly and professionally. Thank you.

I run two large websites with Cloudabove and genuinely can't fault them. I've been with them 5 years and whenever I've needed help sorting something out, the team have always come back to me quickly and actually fixed it. No fuss, no being passed around, just friendly support from people who clearly know what they're doing. It's rare to find an IT company that feels like it's actually on your side, but Cloudabove genuinely do. Highly recommended!

My Sister and myself have an account each with them, a little confusion arose and the team we dealt with were so very helpful, supportive and understanding, sort everything promptly and courtesy.

Cloudabove have been supporting me since 2023 and their service has been consistently efficient, professional and responsive. The team are friendly and really care about their customers, taking the time to explain things in a non techy way. Issues I have raised, have been responded to and resolved within twenty four hours. Cloudabove are a excellent service and their charges are fair too. I would 100% recommend.

So happy that I found these guys after Stablepoint (whose founders I was loyal to for nearly 20 years including 6 with Stablepoint). Good hosting companies are very hard to find and even the good ones tend to go bad when they sell their company or merge into larger more faceless organisations where service disappears, simple things become an ordeal, and pricing seems to change repeatedly and radically on a whim.

But so far CloudAbove have handled the migration of a reseller package and over 40 domains with a constant sense of "can-do" and nothing too much trouble, but also a clear level of professionalism and experience in organising things that gives me lots of confidence this isn't just an onboarding experience but one that will be repeated if I ever need help. Everyone I've spoken to has been fast, knowledgeable and eager to assist.

The fact they've done all this while being friendly and human and proactive in all interactions is a great credit to them in a world building barriers to actual customer focus and support. There is nothing wrong with AI used to handle simple queries or to create first line support capacity, but ultimately a hosting provider will live or die on their ability to respond and actually resolve simple queries - other providers are getting worse at doing that.

My experience of using Cloudabove as my website host has always been and continues to be AAA+ positive.
Apart from their competitive pricing policy, the service and support I receive are excellent. I vaguely recall perhaps one occasion of downtime of their servers, quickly and professionally resolved with no further issues.
Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always there with a 24/7 service. I could not ask for anything more.

I literally can't recommend cloudabove highly enough.
I had a basic web page which I wanted to upgrade and decided to build it myself but needed a new host platform. A friend suggested trying cloudabove and they could not have been more helpful.
Their tech support is excellent - instant response to queries, happy to answer all my stupid questions.... and a lifeline when things don't quite go to plan...

I'm an old generation I.T Professional who misses the days where true customer service was common place. Having being a client of Cloudabove for many years, I give 5* stars because the team has always been at hand with advice and direction. With having complete control of the domains we own we can access, edit our websites, setup unlimied emails and plenty of space to fill our needs. A big thank you Cloudabove

Having had an issue with maximizing my storage capacity, I contacted Cloudabove asking if there was any way they could remove any unnecessary files to make space available. My website and emails had stopped working but after creating a support ticket with Cloudabove, Alex had it sorted within about 15 minutes and all was working again.

Not only was the speed of service superb, Cloudabove's initial reaction was to help and not just suggest I upgraded my disk space at extra cost.

My current disk usage has now been reduced by 30% and now measures have been taken to reduce the disk space use in the future.

Thanks Cloudabove and I definitely won't be going anywhere else in the future :-)

I've used many hosting companies over the past 16 years and Cloudabove are the best!

Their Scout platform is really easy to use, fast and reliable. Much more user friendly than cPanel and includes nice features for apps running on Laravel.

When I do need support, they're always super responsive and helpful. They've helped us configure services we need or debugged errors...all without a fuss.

Today we suddenly needed more disc space on our VPS, a quick support ticket and 5 minutes later they had fulfilled our request. I was really impressed with how responsive they were, but how they were able to provide more disc space with minimal downtime.
