This is the worst site ever to place your money on i won $100.00 as a new customer last week I did the cash out 3 to 5 days 48 hour processing they say 10 days then they canceled my payout declined p.sse do not sign up for this site they are scammers. You will not get paid from sweepcoins.

• Support: Their "Chat Support" is just a loop of AI bots promising "urgent reviews" without providing ticket numbers or actual progress.
This isn't a bank delay; the funds are being held internally for "review" despite my account being fully cleared. I have played at many casinos that actually pay instantaneously for similar amounts. It’s discouraging because I enjoyed the platform, but the lack of transparency and the false advertising regarding speed makes it impossible to recommend.

Can't access the casino. I'm not in a state that this casino is not allowed, but suddenly the website doesn't exist. The .net one does kinda work. It has no way to log in to the casino tho very dissapointed

I liked the website and the variety of games. I actually won $180 my first time there. That was on 4/6 as of 4/11 I still have not received my payout. Their customer service is good, they are always friendly though sometimes the wait to speak to a person is a bit ridiculous. I would have given this a 5 star rating if not for the redemption hassle. If I actually get paid I will come change it to a 4 star review. As you can tell by the stars they did what they said they would. It is a good safe site.

My redemption of 400SC has been approved and processing since March 23rd. AI assistant doesn't help, I emailed support a bunch of times and when they do answer they just give me the runaround. 30 days since I've won, still no redemption and even less help from support team. I asked for a trace ID so that I could monitor the transfer and they gave me the runaround again. They made me change the redemption method, been 6 days since and still nothing.

A little delay after filling out my W9 for winnings over $600 but the immediate responses from Michael Baxter of the support team made me feel comfortable during the whole process and giving me updates accordingly. Great site!
