Today is May 20th and I have been waiting on my redemption since March 19th. On March 29th, I emailed support and they assured me that the payment was on the way and they were just backed up. Over the next month or so, the site was down due to maintenance. Now the site is up and my login and account no longer exists and I have to create another one. That means you deleted my account and redemption request. I paid for my coin package (which you processed immediately), won and you refuse to pay me. That is theft by law. I have all the receipts and emails confirming my winnings. I will file a lawsuit if my winnings are not paid as SweepSlots is an American based company.

Do not listen to these new comments on how great this casino is. Listen to the other hundred complaints just like mine.

I have been playing on this site for 6 months or more now, and the games seem to payout decent. It appears that the site went through a recent update and is finally back on line after not being available for about a month. New site does look good. Only time will tell how good the platform is now. Hopefully the changes were for the better!

I've been with sweepslots.com for about a year and a half and I've really enjoyed my game play there. This site is a scam, don't dare put any money into it. Had a pending redemption since January, reached out, nothing. Waited, waited, waited; site goes down for "maintenance". Now it's like I never existed. Nothing but a clean slate and new opportunity to scam people who won't see this review until it's too late. I have the receipts, so be wary of glowing reviews.

Alright, let me tell you about SweepSlots. I've been a player for a while (Player ID: P25050220), and I just have to share my experience. I was a big fan before, but honestly, the recent updates have just taken things to a whole new level.

I don't think we're getting paid guys. I hope I'm wrong. I've been waiting over 2 months for my redemption. The site is still "under maintenance " for weeks now. No site takes that long. They owe their affiliates over a million dollars. Google it. They're done.

I’m soo heartbroken 😔 I had my best chance to pay for my funeral the day (actually 2 hours before) this site went under. I won $2000 and now I’m probably gonna leave my mom with the bill. I hate how much bad karma is in the air right now.

Cannot get verified. Neither sweepslots nor plaid will do anything to help other than point the finger at each other and reset the verification process. I've tried everything they told me to and still verification fails. I have verified at over 30 other sites, including sites that use plaid with zero problems. I hit for $450 and I'll probably never get it.

I redeemed a $400 winning on 3/16/25. I never have received that redemption even after contacting customer support and them telling me that they were behind on their redemptions now I see that the website is supposed to be down for maintenance with a 72 hour up window. Then a 24 hour window 3 days ago, but it's still down. I guess I will never receive my winnings. Don't waste your time playing on this casino site. THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!!

Site down for almost 2 weeks now. I redeemed $100 in February and they never paid me. Not a happy camper.

Sweep slots is a joke. I have over 26,000 in sweeps coins and they will not let me have any of my winnings. Keep getting run around and excuses. Is there anything I can do about this

i said i would update my review once i was able to log back into my account. an so i am. it seem yall had a big update. Im only rating a 1 for right now becasue before the update i had $800 in my account an now i have a balance of $0.05 on my account? For me this is a big teller that will prove to me an all the people that read this post if a company is a scam or not. me an all the people that read this will be waiting on sweepslots to reply to my review anything as simple as letting me know that yall have replyed to my email. so we can get this issue sovled. if for some reason yalls old contact email is not the same then if you will reply with the correct email i need to use an yall will have alot less bad rating an alot more 5 star ratings. I upgraded from one star to two. I would have done zero originally because the redemption took so long I lost hope it would ever come. Customer service kits gave BS excuses. But it did finally come exactly 2 months later.

Tried to cash out, it’s been weeks and nothing.

Been a member of Sweepslots for about a year or so and have had issues both times I've tried to redeem my winnings. I redeemed my winnings on 11/3/24, and finally received them on 1/7/25 after emailing support numerous times and receiving absolutely no response.

In the interim there I'd amassed some more winnings so I redeemed them on 2/14/25, and I haven't heard anything from them nor received my money. They say redemptions take up to ten business days -- this is a total lie.

Don't play here. It doesn't seem like I'm ever gonna get my money. You probably won't either.

UPDATE ON 5/22/25: Sweepslots has completely redesigned their website and my outstanding redemption mentioned in this review is now nowhere to be found in my account information or anywhere else.

Looks like I'm never getting my money.
