SweepSpot Reviews

Horrible gaming site can’t even message support because it gives you an error then they offer you $50 worth of coins for $15 and then only let you play certain games. Nothing will even work not to mention they don’t even have any good games on their side anyway I wish I would’ve looked because that was the biggest waste of money ever. Do not waste your money on this site.

Beware users! This is a shady, Cyprus based online casino. They will entice you in with great offers, but will not follow their own FAQ when you are ready to withdraw. They use Plaid for withdrawals, even though their site states your deposits WILL go back to your original payment method. Nowhere do they state that they use Plaid for withdrawals, which everyone knows only has about 50% of banks and is not a trusted vendor themselves. Do NOT deposit with them.

Honestly I’m new with sweet spot and was just trying new sites out and boom ended up hitting 500$ a few hrs after sign up. Got my payout with in 48hrs with zero issues. Defiantly a site people should put on the list to give it a try.

SweepSpot has been a solid experience for me. I’ve already received 2k payouts plus, which sets it apart from many other platforms I’ve tried. If you’re looking for a new option, it’s definitely worth checking out. I’d also recommend improving customer engagement on your Facebook page @ SweepSpot Casino

I actually got my winnings!!! Love it love it love it

Great games, good wins and easy redemption process. Would like to see some specials but overall fun.

I absolutely LOVE this online casino!! And customer support was amazing ! Customer support agent Mike didnt hesitate to help me with any questions I had. He was very kind, understanding and awesome !! I won $200 dollars! I would definitely recommend this casino to everyone !!! ❤️❤️❤️

my experience with this casino has been pretty good. i was able to receive my redemption pretty quick and had really good deals since i joined.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with SweepSpot. After winning $270 using their generous welcome offers, I ran into a minor technical hurdle during the redemption process. While the issue was actually related to Plaid rather than the platform itself, their agent, Mike, went above and beyond to resolve it. He handled a manual payout for me and kept me updated with consistent email follow-ups until the funds arrived. I truly appreciate the top-tier customer service and highly recommend this site.

So I logged out of my account and then I try to go back a day later to play again and I can't get into my account. Then I contact support only to be told I can't play with them any more!!! Wtf kind of shit is this??? Not good for your ratings or customers. I've also spent money to play this platform and I'm locked out of my account and get told I can't play at all WOW THIS PLACE WANT LAST LONG AT ALL!!!!! YOU ALL SUCK I DONT EVEN WANNA RATE A STAR FOR GAMES LIKE THIS

Sign up was easy and I won $250 after purchasing a special offer on gold coins. Redemption was hassle free and I received my redemption within a few days.

Everything was fun and the redemption process was pretty easy. But since I’ve won I don’t see any daily rewards

I just want to let people know that I've been playing on social casinos and I'm a VIP on several other social casino platforms and spend over $50,000 a year on these social casinos...
But in this social casino platform called sweep spots you definitely need to stay away from they are not running a random number generator a handful of their games are all predetermined in an outcome I'll give you an example it hit a bonus three times at a little bit right where I got it up to over $200 and then you know what it did when I increase my vet it took it all back it won't let you play I even did another purchase after that and it wouldn't let the bonus hit at that that I've been playing at a higher bet it's waiting for it to go back down to the lowest pet possible before the bonus so kicking again which means it's not running a random number generator it's a predetermined I'll come on these games you need to stay away from it it's a fraud they are being turned into the attorney general of the United States have already turned them into the attorney general of my state and my state is also looking at setting up as we speak class action lawsuit against them for internal fraud and tampering with their games so for now anybody looking at this site and they're looking at reviews I advise you I advise you with everything in my soul to stay away from this website it's the worst corrupted website out there you will definitely your money you'll never get ahead and it's program for you to keep doing purchases and purchases and purchases thinking it's going to get an outcome eventually and it's all set up just for you to do purchases you will not come ahead your cash outs will be way less than whatever you invest into there please there's too many other social casinos out there that are legit this is a corrupt casino platform stay away please the state attorney general I live is already looking into it and their contacting the federal attorney general as well on this one they are looking at having them receiving all play in the United States I wish everybody well and fun gaming please stay away from this website you'll find so many other out there that pay out play properly and are legit this one is not everybody have a wonderful day

I made an account then tried to log in and couldn't, when I reached out to customer service about this they told me due to their "internal security review" I can't join. I am a customer of almost every sweeps site out there. Never been in trouble never made a duplicate or fake account. Never even attempted to use a bonus code twice. If they want to block me for no reason what says they wont do the same to you after you win big. Just saying ive never been treated this rude on any site in the past 2 years ive been playing. Shady is shady take my word, try a different site please!

I enjoy playing and won a nice amount of money. The cashout was easy and the payout to the bank was quick!
I will continue to play. I have already picked out my favorite games!

Absolutely love this game! Recommending to all!

Decent redemption time, good customer service

I had some technical issues collecting my winnings. I shot them an email (not really expecting a response). They responded right away and said they would look into my problem. They emailed me back that same day and figured everything out. They told me the process of it all and when I should expect my money as they had to verify my account. I believe that was because of the amount I won. They emailed me again this morning and the funds were in my account.
What I truly believed was going to be such a hard task getting my money was such a breeze every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with them. Thank you!

Love this casino!!sooo much fun! And it’s legit! I’ll never quit playing
