We started making tees and face masks in October 2020 (COVID era) with vinyl, a Cricut, and a second-hand heat press. This hobby to pass time, during such a difficult time quickly tuned into a business. In April 2021, SSM became an "official" business with sales permit, Tax ID, and all the fun things that accompany being "legit". At SSM, we use the method of direct-to-film transfers (DTF’s) the most when creating your items and UVDTF for waterproof, amazing adhesive, die-cut, and extremely vibrant decals for items such as larger than 20oz tumblers, umbrellas, and any item that would be out in the elements. We specialize in custom school spirit apparel (tees, long -sleeve tees, sweatshirts, hoodies , joggers, shorts, tanks, quarter-zips, zip-ups). We also carry 20oz-50oz tumblers, and hats. 20oz tumblers are completed with the sublimation method the vast majority of the time. 30oz/40oz/50oz tumblers are decorated with several UVDTF decals of different sizes of the customer's choice. We also carry Otto trucker hats in many colors and use DTF, chains (if applicable), and occasionally chenille embroidery patches too. We sell women's ponytail, distressed hats in several colors with burlap patches in different sizes or chenille embroidered patches. We also carry hat brands YP Classics and Richardson 112 hats. Usually, due to the middle seam on the front of the hat, chenille embroidery patches or embroidery are the options. We offer embroidery (TAT=20-22 business days) for shirts/hats and puff vinyl (metallic or regular) shirts too. We carry a wide variety of unique, creative, and most importantly quality items. Our turnaround time on RETAIL items is 8-10 business days. We ship to all 50 states and to Canada. Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground (customer may always request another carrier, but will be responsible for the price difference). We continue to offer a local pick-up option for our local customers. SSM will deliver to local schools only if we have more the (2) packages going there. We provide wholesale pricing to customers ordering 10+ items (must be same item, cannot mix/match). We love to create meaningful, trendy, fun, but unique and creative items our customers wear proudly, tell their friends, family, and colleagues and SSM. Recently we have started on a new adventure. SSM now sells digital files which may be purchased by other small t-shirt businesses/makers when creating their products. All digital files are in the file format .png and 300dpi resolution. Currently the digital website is under construction. In the meantime, digital's may be purchased at www.facebook.com/groups/ssmcustom

I made a request for a tshirt I found on the internet. SSM was able to find the exact same pattern and make my tshirt, plus you could have more choices in color. Tshirt is great quality and fits to size! This place can do just about anything! Recommend 10/10

So I have ordered dtf prints from this company several times and have been very happy but I put in a custom order in February and have not received yet I have contacted them by email It seems like it's a back-and-forth thing and I can't get a straight answer I've asked for a telephone number and was told they only communicate through email thinking it would be easier to talk to someone over the phone to discuss than over an email then they were holding a live on TikTok I have commented a couple times On there about my order And really I didn't wanna do that but I'm not getting an answer either you have them or you don't And I was straight up ignored At this point I would like a refund or my transfers either you have them or you don't
