They really get the job done

I work with them to get a loan. I have several questions and they answer them. After I got the loan, I started to get paperwork in the mails, and I called them about it, and they informed me that it was not them and not to call the number. To also get rid of it. It put my mind at easy know they are there to answer question and help with issues.

Steve was always responsive. We were kept informed and he made the process great ! He was awesome

The experience with Swell Loans was great! The process was fast and easy and their representative Steve Schwartz was knowledgeable and very helpful! Id definitely recommend using them to anyone!

The underwriter failed to ensure a document had been signed by my wife. That delayed closing by 10 days. Then, once the appraisal was reviewed, two days before closing, after the delay caused by the underwriter, my application was suspended due to our home being a barndominium. Don't waist your time with these jokers.

I can’t say enough good things about Robert Nunez and the patience he showed while helping me through the heloc loan process. From the beginning, he took the time to explain every detail, no matter how many questions I had or how many times I asked the same ones.
Loan paperwork can be overwhelming, but Robert stayed calm, reassuring, and incredibly supportive throughout. He was always just a text message or call away, never rushed me, and always made sure I fully understood what was happening at each step of the process. I’m genuinely grateful for his help and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone going through something similar.

I wanted to refinance my mortgage so I could take the equity out to payoff my chapter 13bankruptcy, and I was told by several lender this is not possible. Well, they were wrong, I did my research and this is when I met Erik Rogers with Refi.com. Erik informed me I could refinance my mortgage and he provided me with all the information I needed to start the process. He knew which lenders to contact and provided all the paperwork I needed to start the process. We ran into a couple of snags along the way, but Erik did not give up on the process and he continued looking for a lender that would work with me. He found a lender and I did refinance my mortgage. He did an amazing job helping me through the whole process and every time I had a question he was right there to answer them. I am truly grateful for all of Erik's help. The only was I can sum this up is Erik Rogers is a rock star!!!
