The worst site to play on, i am warning you never even go there, alsolutely worst. They wil send you emails for bonuses but never give you any. They are just there to rip off your money. Worst customer service as well. I am filing a complaint against them in court.

Swiftcasino.com on my withdrawal did not respond in anyway and on reading other complaints and reviews I'm not sure how to react, but my other casinos pay out immediately so swift is a name and not there actions. Will be taking it further if not received in the next 2 hours

Swift casino customer service is really bad and the verification process is so bad they take really long to get back to email and there not even helpful.

I’ve been trying to verify my card that I have but it’s not a physical card so doesn’t have my name on it but I’ve sent statements and there just verify my address even tho I sent it for my card and this is going on 2 week now a joke.

Do not play on this game I won £10.000 and they took every penny claiming I breached bonus terms and conditions when there bonus terms and conditions are wrong . If you meet the bonus requirements it's no longer a bonus it's reall money . When you withdraw your winnings they won't give you your money they take it all back . Basically spent a year gambling on it and the one time I wanted to withdraw they didn’t let me due to an active bonus , when you contact them to remove it no reply! Then the money that I kept playing with all turned into bonus even tho the bonus balance was 4c and I was playing with €50 hands. So that goes completely against there terms and conditions as the money used to gamble was not bonus money! The terms when its bonus money is that you had ti gamble it a certain mount of times causing me to lose most of the money in return. So one it broke it’s own terms and conditions which against the law

To Be Fair this is not a Bad Site . Played here on and off for a few months amongst other casinos. Out of all casinos this is the only site I’ve never had a single win. I’ve varied slots & Slingo from anything from 10p to £1.50 and nothing. I’m aware that gambling is chance and wins are also chance. However, when you are playing over 200 spins with nothing every time it’s obvious the RTP is not great. Slingo too is poor.
I’ve today closed the account as rather put my money elsewhere.

Deposited all my money which was 3000 I won 4000 tried to withdraw it they then asked me for documents which I sent. My withdraw is now on pending for over 4 days and still no pay Out. If you are like me you are reading this too late! This is a scam pease don’t waste yo ur money…as per the other reviews they will not allow you to withdraw when you win and of course gamblers will eventually lose…be aware and don’t do not deal with this site
