We hired coach from Dundee to Liverpool trip our coach was a top of the range Mercedes and was spotless our driver was very helpful great service and price we are currently in the process of booking next years trip x

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Booked swift hire for 7 people for an airport run at 645am on a sunday morning. Minibus did not turn up and no response from either HO or allocated driver. 15 mins later got a call from a different driver saying he was in Birmingham (we were in Nottingham), so best estimate is that he would be 1hr late. We didnt have 1 hr spare so in a panic i had to get 3 ubers to take us to the airport in leeds.
Contacted them whilst away to express disappointment and to confirm that they had our return details / timings to which they confirmed they did. I asked for a different driver to which they agreed.
One week later and on arrival back at leeds airport - again no minibus. Rather than reallocate to a new driver they cancelled the trip completely ! They did source a new van but this was now 90 mins after the planned pick up time.
In fairness to them they were quick to offer a partial refund but this was less than the cost of the 3 ubers (receipts of which i had sent them) and now they are refusing to answer any emails chasing them for the difference.

Small claims court here i come !

So despite a good website and great pre travel quotation and travel itinerary communications, the important bit (the actual service on the day) on both occasions was shocking. Will keep you all posted as to how the claims process progresses.

Excellent service. I would highly recommend this company. We booked transport for 11 people with luggage to go to the airport and pickup on way. And to collect us on return. Buses really nice and spacious. No one cramed in or squashed. We had a 2 lovely drivers Mr Singh who arrived bang on time. They even texted while I was on holiday to confirm all our flight detail for the return so they would be there ready to collect. I was very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend anyone to use them. Also communication through emails and Whatsapp was excellent.

We needed a 16 seater mini bus to go from Nottingham to London Stanstead for a Stag Do. Very easy to book, very well priced and the driver Singh was on time for both pick up and the return home. All Singh's details were texted to us a few days before with contact information for him directly in case we needed to get hold of him.

The communication prior to the trip was via whatsapp and email and it was very straight forward and easy to follow. Overall a really stress free experience. Thank you! :)
