Swift shouldn't exist
Swift follows a strategy to hire fresh trainees and profit from them. They hired me straight out of college and kept me for almost 2 years. They let me completely leave the industry. I never get pulled over. No accident, no ticket (Thank God); however, they want you to be frustrated (I would say, on purpose). My honest feedback is that no one cares about you. The office people use “we” and “they” to differentiate themselves from drivers. They are emotionally poor( is there any better word?), they do have their own favorite drivers( if you don't belong, better to go, their payment is inconsistent, they are racist( Jonestown, PA terminal is ridiculous)). If you have any chance, please don't step to their get. Run away!
