Everything went wrong! The swim suit sizing is off. Tried to return and refund my credit card. They charged another $6.95 “handling fee” and gave me an in store credit. I don’t want a credit. I want my money back. I’ll tell everyone I know via social media and in person to stay away from this company. I’m now disputing the charges with my credit card company and will fight this dishonest business until they right this wrong.

No one answers the customer service phone number listed on the website, so I have to handle returns and refunds via email. However, they are charged for return shipping. I cannot exchange items for a different style of my choice, and there is a limited variety of sizes available. Unlike before, the quality of the swimwear fabric has declined, and the size does not fit. I also purchased shoes, but they are made smaller than other companies and cause pain in the top of my feet. It feels like they do not care about product quality at all.

I have ordered from this company for years with no problem and now they delivered my order to some address that was not me!!! When I contacted them they refused to help so for $50 they lost a great customer. I also referred them all the time to my swim class friends. Hope it was worth $50 swim and sweat. You are the worst.

I purchased a swimsuit from them. First, I measured myself and matched my measurements to their size chart on their website. The swimsuit was too tight, so clearly their size chart was inaccurate.

I requested a return and checked their site again—it stated a $6.95 shipping charge for returns. However, they charged me twice: $6.95 for return shipping and another $6.95 for “processing” (or as they called it, “for the label”).

At first, they didn’t accept that the sizing was wrong, and then they charged both return shipping and processing fees. This feels like a scam—do not trust their measurements or sizing information on the site. Horrible customer service and completely unprofessional.

I ordered a swimsuit quite awhile ago. Still have not received it. Very disappointed.

My brand new bathing suit started sagging at bottom back 3 times after swimming in it. I wrote the company and all they say is sorry! Don’t buy their stuff- a waste of money!!

The actual swimwear is great. Truly chlorine resistant. The issue is they never have any stock. Most sizes common are always out. I’ve been watching one particular suit for 6months and my size is never in. They are great about returns and exchanges.

I ordered a suit and adter wearing it about six times, three small holes appeared on the front. I emailed company and sent a photo. They said it was a manufactures fault but wouks not offer me a refund or replacement. Worst customer service.

Horrible customer service and poor quality product. Do not stand behind faulty merchandise. Would never buy anything from here again.
Zipper broke after three wears but it was over 30 days. Wouldn’t exchange or repair. Expensive for a “ single use” suit.
Much better vendors out there and have shared my opinion with other water exercise friends so they don’t get ripped off also.

I measured myself before ordering, but the suit fits much bigger than it should. The true fit didn't make itself known until I was in the water, so I can't return it. The bra cups are way too big and the bra band kept curling up. The straps are a good 3 inches too long, so the high neck turned into a scoop neck. Fortunately, I know how to sew, so some serious modifications will be made since I can't return it.

I ordered on Dec 4 for an xmas gift. It arrived many days later and is too small. No-one answers the phone and when i clicked their link to exchange the size it says out of stock. Clearly they have more. They want me to do a refund now, get a gift card and pay the full price and pay 28$ more for
The same suit that is now being sold NOT at a discounted rate. Incompetent. Now i do not have my xmas gift, $$ or an answer!!!!!! They could care less is my impression.

Incredibly disappointed in their customer service. Only giving 2 starts since I have used their swim suits before and they were great but if anything goes wrong with your order, good luck cause their customer service team is unhelpful and barely responsive. When they do respond it doesn't seem like they even read your email.
Wish I had looked at the reviews sooner so I could have saved time and just cancelled the orders and asked for refund as soon as there was an issue.

Customer service is horrible. I left 6 messages for assistance because they never answered the phone. I sent 5 emails with no reply. I never got a return call or email.

I have purchased swimsuits from this company in the past. Recently, I have noticed that the swimsuits are made of a heavier material and are quite uncomfortable. In addition, their ‘customer service’ is non-existent. I had a question about a return and sent an email and left a message with a representative yet no one responded. I will not be purchasing from swim and sweat ever again!

I ordered online. Suits arrived but they didn't fit. Tried to exchange and not able to do on line. Said my order number was not valid. Made multiple calls for return and had to leave messages for return phone call. No calls were made to me. Next time called the mailbox was full and it hung you up. The return said to use order number and it would not work. Called again and pushed another number to find out you have to use po # with sas. I didn't want to deal with this company and paid $6.95 handling fee to be able to return.

I had ordered a size 16 and was sent a size 6. No response to any of my emails or phone calls so their customer service sucks. Will never buy from them again

I wish there was a "O" for Swim & Sweat rating! I ordered 2 swim suits. There was a Canadian Customs fee, around $40. The suits didn't fit.
Sent them back? Yep another $40. fee. I have emailed - no response, phoned - message recording full. I want to know when I will be refunded!!!! It's been since early May

As a first-time buyer, I was supposed to get free shipping and a 15% discount after signing up with my email. However, The sizes are not accurate; I measured accordingly, my husband measured me too just to make sure , but the items were still too small on bust . Now, I have to pay another fee for the return—it's a total rip-off. I called several times, but the mailbox was full, so I couldn't leave a message, and I also send an email.
I am a daily swimmer and will not recommend this company.

I have bought several suits for water aerobics, and they have held up well, and are very nice. They even have mastectomy suits. They also have great sales.
