Swimclub Reviews

Great product, very fast delivery

Bought a wetsuit and I'd like to return (too small) but I have no response back from the store. I tried by email, Instagram and phone and no one answer me. Avoid this brand as the customer service is awful

I really liked the look of the swim suit snug. It arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was too big. I wrote to see if an exchange to a smaller size was possible. I got no response. I decided I would therefore ask for a refund, I emailed as per the instructions on their website and have again received no reply. I've chased twice and now the return period is nearly up. Unfortunately next stop is trading standards to get a return and refund. Such a shame as it looks like it would be great --- in the right size.

The products are fantastic! I got a neoprene swim suit and 2 fleeces for my beachguard daughter and she loves them. Unfortunately, the customer service is pitiful. I would buy from them again but make sure you have all your sizes right, colour choices etc before you even think about an order. It's such a shame as I love to support a company that appeared to have a good ethos.

After trying on one of my items I decided they weren't for me, the fit was too uncomfortable. So I contacted Swim Snug via email and waited. Nothing. I sent messages on Instagram and follow up emails and only after I threatened to get my bank involved in reclaiming my funds did they act. As I write this I'm still waiting on a refund being issued.

Very fast delivery, I received a black Swim club tote bag free with my order.
The fleece is very warm, perfect to wear after a swim, the high collar makes it so cosy. I'm tall so I love the long sleeves too.

I ordered my long sleeved 2mm swim suit and received it the very next day!! Both product and service were first class

Excellent shorty! A very good design. Great communication re delivery etc! Would definitely shop with them again!

Quick delivery, great quality and size and two free swim club tote bags, very happy

Add plus sizes, at least to 7XL, we swim too. Some of your clothes don't even go to an extra large. Disappointing

Amazing website, brand, & service!

Fast delivery, prompt response to queries, great gear

Suit is perfect for cool water spring and autumn swimming (and winter for many). The suit is a great value option. Delivery prompt.

Good quality swimsuit

My order arrived fast. I got the boots, gloves and swimsuit with arms. All fit perfectly and the quality is excellent.

Prompt delivery and good product… gloves a big big hug overall sizing good.

Hello,
I ordered fleece and paid on 02/03/34
I also ordered swim socks and very pleased with them.
I returned the fleece, using pre-paid label supplied by yourselves.
I posted it on Monday 25/03/24.
I have no acknowledgement of receipt nor refund yet.

Arrived within 2 days of ordering and lovely product. Can stay in the water longer and comfortable to swim in

Very happy with the dry robe. My grandson loves it. Great quality. I received it the day after I ordered it. Would highly recommend Swimclub.

Unbelievably quick shipping, was delivered next day! Fantastic quality wetsuit, true to size and guidelines were spot on, haven't tried the socks yet but they look to be great quality. Always a pleasure to support an Irish company and this one will not disapoint. I will definitely order again. Can't wait to use this sea swimming in a few days weather permitting.
