To date, I’ve bought 5 of the Swim Club snugs with my first being well over two years ago. The quality of my original is like new despite regular use. Each one I’ve gifted to friends & family since ha... Toon meer

No problems at all
No problems at all, item as described, quick postage. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I find the zip on the robe a bit catchy, but maybe that is due to the oversized nature of the garment. That’d be my only critique. Lovely robe, though. Great to get into after freezing in the water 😂

Chilly downpour front and back!
I have just bought my second shortie wet suit. I love ❤ them both. My only quibble is that unlike my pal's wet suit it has a low neck and the very cold water pours down my front and back inside my wet suit which is quite the chill factor in the winter!🏊🏊

My shorties arrived and they feel great on. I'm a size 8-10 normally so I bought the small and it fits snuggly. Cant wait for my next swim now.

Wetsuit was very loose in the arms
Wetsuit was very loose in the arms. Returns and communications very slow! I have had to message and chase at every stage of the process. As another reviewr has said over a month to turn around so far and still have'nt got my refund!

Looks good but impractical
The fit was good and I love that they do plus size.
On the down side, it let in water as soon as I started swimming due to the gap at the neck.
It was very difficult to get off.
A zip at the back with a tighter neck would probably work better.

Too long for a refund
I had to return the suit as it was too big, but there was no returns form included in the package, and it took several weeks and back and forth emails to finally get a refund. Such a shame, as the wetsuit is a good product, but they need to improve their returns service.

The speediness of delivery was very impressive. It would have been good if a gift note could have been given with the item purchased as I sent it as a birthday gift directly to my friend.
