App looked nice on a first, with nice welcome bonuses…only they are not giving rewards for their promotions(I met requirements) after not giving me my rewards and me not using app, they send me 2 bonus bets by 10$
I used one and won 50$(the other one disappeared)

Made a withdrawal about which their customer service says it’s processed and approved but still after a month withdrawals are not approved for me and I have 372$ dollars on account and they don’t want to pay my money and dodging me instead with dozens of mails in which they keep on asking for more time🤷‍♂️
More time than a month for approving withdrawal?!
I complained to Igaming’s but so far with no result-are they corrupted?
My next steps are reporting them both(igaming and Swiper) to AGCO, OPP investigation and Enforcment bureau.
As I’m sure that my case is not exception,
I’m inviting all of you who had a same or similar experience with Swiper and Igaming to join me in this process and potentially law suit

Yes i won from this casino and yes i got my withdrawal. Thats as far as this casino goes. Im done with it. Theres always something shady going on with it and their promos. Wether you are not getting the promo you payed for or if your using the claw machine and the buttons dont work you still get charged for it, i dont trust this casino. Plenty of better ones out there.

I chose this casino because I specifically wanted an Ontario-regulated option after being burned by offshore sites before. I signed up through what appeared to be the Ontario/iGaming route and believed I was playing in a properly regulated environment.

After reviewing my statements and account activity, it appears I was being run on the back end and bounced between the Ontario version operated by Canadix Limited, which is presented as legal in my jurisdiction, and the version owned by Tobix Limited, which is not permitted to operate in Ontario.

If this had been an honest mistake, it should have been simple to fix once I raised it. Instead, the response was evasive. Their complaint route required clicking a small seal at the bottom of the website except that seal does not even appear on the Ontario version.

Because their geo-blocking and setup were so sloppy, I kept checking to see if their geo-blocking would fail. Eventually it did, which allowed me to access the other environment and finally submit a complaint through their seal system.

I likely never would have discovered any of this if their VIP manager had not offered me a bonus on the account tied to the environment not legally entitled to operate in Ontario. That exposed the problem. Days later I was somehow back on the Ontario site and asked support where the bonus was. An agent then sent me a link to another URL which of course immediately geo-blocked me. A couple of days later, an Ontario VIP manager contacted me fresh like it was day one with “good news” about a bonus except now it was for a smaller amount. 2 different VIP managers, NO. 2 platforms they were bouncing me between.

That alone is bad enough, but it gets worse. If they were moving me between different environments behind the scenes, how is a player supposed to know whether they were actually playing in the regulated environment they thought they were using? At that point it is reasonable to question the integrity of the whole setup.

Their complaints process was also terrible. DLAG told me they would copy the operator on all communications and keep everything in one email thread. Sure… except the Swiper email address simply bounced messages back, making the process feel broken and ineffective. DLAG, doing nothing, absolutely nothing.

So somehow I could sign up, log in, play, receive VIP contact, and be treated like an active customer but when it came time to honor offers or properly deal with a complaint, suddenly nothing worked.

This experience also left me with a broader concern. Anything connected to Tobix deserves extra caution. I suspect there may be a larger issue here, and I intend to get to the bottom of it. So now its got me questioning a few things, I'm reviewing several operators dating back.
Ontario is a major regulated market, and players should not be left wondering which entity they are actually dealing with.
I have filed multiple complaints and they have had ample opportunity to communicate clearly and resolve this. In my view, they have chosen not to. They are hiding waiting form my next move.
If you are in Ontario and want a truly regulated experience with transparency and a complaint process that actually works, do not give them your business.
And to Swiper directly: Ontario is a regulated market. You could be making legitimate money here, which makes it even more foolish to try games like this. Especially when right now, its not looking too good for those with power, loosing a lot of money, being forced further underground.
People in Ontario are used to long winters, freezing skin, and hard work, everything is long game. Just like we shovel snow and keep digging until the driveway is clear, we know how to dig and get to the bottom of things. I know there is more to this. Act accordingly.
Ontario is too important a market for this kind of confusion and sloppiness. Regulators are tightening these markets precisely because too many offshore and opaque operators have undermined consumer trust. No player who intentionally chooses what appears to be an Ontario-regulated site should later be left wondering whether they were actually being routed into a different environment behind the scenes. That is not a small technical issue; it goes to the heart of trust, compliance, and market integrity. Operators that play games with transparency may find that the long-term cost is far greater than any short-term gain, because Ontario players are paying attention.
Ontario is a large, economically important market with millions of consumers who work hard for their money and do not want to spend it supporting operators that appear misleading, evasive, or structurally unclear.

awful site. same as tooniebet (same company). place 1 bet on sports and they'll force you to play the casino afterwards. do not waste your money or time here. there are so many better igaming sites to play on.

Edit: swiper trying to report real experiences as "defamatory" to get them removed, but failed. Wouldnt be surprised if they had some negative reviews removed already. Shady asf site.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- there are a ton other igaming sites to play on

Edit 2: swiper tried flagging this and probably other negative reviews as "harmful or illegal", attempting to remove legit reviews of their horrible service. Again, play elsewhere. This is the last igaming site I would recommend and it's sad how low igaming's bar has dropped in allowing these shady operators.

Writing with another email from the one i actually registered with....i was scared they weren't gonna pay me but they did, they honored their word, only have to make sure you provide them all the important files and requests they ask you and you will be fine.....hopefully now that i am verified they will no longer need to ask me for more stuff but they paid all my money so far, not one late payment.

Play through initial deposit... are you kidding me! I had deposited 100 and lost... then I deposited 40 and won 130 so thought I'd take it and move on... but no.... Made around 2 grand. They are not withdrawing my money after 3 weeks. Told me I need to send in more info to verify. When I go to the verification tab it says my account is already verified. I told them this and they said it needs time to update the information. Bunch of scammers

Same company as Tooniebet. Opened an account with Tooniebet and as luck was on my side I got to 10k. However, they came up every excuse (ID dark, transaction wrong, etc) not to pay out. I sued them with the small courts, served them and I got my money within days. Unknowingly, I opened with Swiper that they are owned by the same company. I won $500 and got to $980 and wouldn’t pay it out. They are using the same tactic not to pay out. I’m in the process of again filling a lawsuit with small claims, and see how long it takes them to pay it out after they served the lawsuit. My imagination is they are going to pay it out quick. Update: Sued Swiper in small claims and my money got back within days. Any withdrawal refusal can be solved if you file lawsuit with small claims.

Beware of limits being imposed on sports bets once you win a couple of bets with no reason. These guys are the worst in the business and odds are much lower than competitors. They even ban me from using coins for no good reason lol

If I could give them less stars I would. Made a couple bets and then was limited to dollar bets. Fast limiting other than Bwin. Should not be a legal book in Ontario. Bonuses don't work. Same platform as Lucky Casino so you can just go there instead and get the same product without the hassle.
