I ordered the Family Pak. A whole Rotisserie Chicken served with your choice of 4 individual sides, 4 dinner rolls, and 12oz Signature Chalet dipping sauce. I paid $39.99+tax = $45.19. I ordered online and pickup. I am shocked and disappointed with the quality of the chicken. The chicken was missing BOTH chicken drumsticks (it was hacked off) and it was SMALL chicken. Only the thighs (no drumsticks) and chicken breasts (with wings) were included. It is supposed to be a WHOLE chicken. This is not a whole chicken. A whole chicken is the chicken breasts (with wings) AND thighs (with drumsticks). This is the reason I ordered the Family Pak so I can get the WHOLE chicken (not 4 quarters butchered AND missing both drumsticks). I also stated in my online order that it should be cut in 1/2 only. Not cut in quarters. I would NOT buy from Swiss Chalet again. It is a ripoff!! I am returning the entire order for a full refund! I will buy a hot WHOLE chicken from Walmart for only $10. I do NOT recommend Swiss Chalet. Their chickens are getting smaller and missing pieces too! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Stopped in at the Swiss chalet on 170th St. in Edmonton Alberta for a quick bite with a friend. Ordered the vegan burger with fries and got myself a brisk iced tea drink. Never had such a bland burger in my entire life. there was no taste to it at all, And it was less than a quarter inch thick so basically you got a bun with your extras, lettuce, tomato, etc. And a small portion of fries and the brisk iced tea, which I was looking forward to, was absolutely flat tasted like diluted water. Never going to swish chalet again.

I have visited this swiss chalet location at 320 Guelph Street, Georgetown an dawn,this place need to be cleaned,better food and the bar tender serve me some white wine that is flat in taste as water. The food at this location sucks and the tables are peeling off,the wine glasses are all dusty and I had to clean it before I can drink from it. It was such a mess. I do not recommend this place to anyone.this is my first and last visit here.

My daughter and I had lunch at swiss chalet the food was very good spring rolls are always amazing! Our server Leonora was also very pleasant and very quick with getting our meals out. WE will most definitely be coming back.

My wife and I had the best experience with Marlene Server # 11 from the Queenston Rd store in Hamilton.

There is nothing better than a server being "chipper" when catering to you. She took our order and it seemed like only a few minutes later that she came back to our table with our order. I asked her what took so long? (with a twinkle in my eye) She said I had to chase the chicken first. We all laughed.

Swiss Chalet for Good Friday dinner was excellent. Food hot and plentiful and of good quality.

Our experience was the best because we had just arrived from a trip, we were hungry to eat Swiss Chalets food, so that's why we went to the 642 Dixon Road Swiss C Restaurant on Etobicoke...and we were attended by a waitress named ASIA, who was very efficient in taking care of us, and brought the dinner as fast as she could.
She did a great job and we are thinking of going back again, the restaurant is near our home, and the airport and we love their food.
But I must underline the service was excellent, she was paying attention to all the small details .
It felt amazing..!

Went on Monday during March Break to the Ancaster Location and our server Lenora was exceptional, fantastic service and a truly great personable server! The food came out quick, hot and fresh!

I went on Friday night of March Break , with my best friend and our grandsons. Our server Leanna was amazing !!!! She was awesome with our 5 year old boys !!! Leeanna made our night out relaxing , accommodating and very very pleasant . I left her a 40% tip Thanks Leeanna

I love Swiss Chalet, it's the only resturant I can trust to have food that is consistent in taste, service and good prices, I love the atmosphere, and I always want a booth which is always available, I usually order the chicken because I love the sauce, the fries are tasty, I also love the rice, they give you a bun with your meal which is so tasty...I find all the meals I have tried so far, like soup, salad, cheesecake.

My service from Donna was fast the food was excellent.

Quick, pleasant and efficient service with a friendly and hardworking server. The fries and rib sandwich we had was to die for.

Victoria at the Hespeler location consistently gives great fast service and is friendly and efficient.

My wife and I had dinner at 90 Resolution Drive in Brampton, this is the only place we experienced the best customer service. At first we ordered for take out but we changed our mind to just dine in, the hostess still accommodated us despite the quick change of mind. When we were ushered to our table we were greeted by Komal our lovely server. She would give recommendations and asked us how the food was and if we needed anything more. She was even sensitive enough to ask if we needed a container since my wife was not able to finish her food. Everyone was just very friendly. We would definitely comeback and will recommend this branch.

We’re at the ancaster Swiss chalet location on golf links February 3 rd around 5 pm. We were told they were short staffed. The girl up at the front taking names disappeared . There were so many people waiting to have there name put on the list but couldn’t . We had waited for 40 mins to be seated . The waitress took our order then gave us drinks and we did it get our food until 55 mins later . About 6 tables that came after us had their food and we didn’t get ours . We were with my elderly parents and our 5 year old grand daughter . We kept being told it will be 5 mins . We finally received our food and it was cold . I only got a small piece of chicken that was cold and a half serving of vegetables. My bun was not the regular dinner roll . It was a hard hamburger type bun? We were. Ever offered refills for our water or drinks . We never received an apology ? For the food taking so long . We never received a discount . We even had to hunt the waitress down and wait for another 20 mins to pay our bill. My parents are elderly and don’t go out much . This was a very disappointing experience . We will never be going back to Swiss chalet . It is so unfortunate because we all love Swiss chalet . But this is about the 3rd time now In the last 6 months or so that we have had terrible service and awful food . Chicken being dry and over done and small portions .
