Loved the products just wish I have got the slightly bigger needles in the roller

Hi, I am sad that I received my derma roller with a small scratch as well as with a damaged packaging. I live in London. Waited so long to receive this product. Finally I received and when I open the package first thing I saw was a scratch. Also in the box there was a small part was broken in the derma roller clear box.
I wasn't expecting that as I trust your company and actually was planing to buy more things from you.

I was going to send the item back but I waited so long to receive it and really wanted to start my derma rolling journey so I am not going to sent it back. But still wanted to share my experience.

Derma roller from this company is the best !!

Amazing product, I have only used it three times (once a week) and I can already see massive improvements. My skin looks very healthy, almost glowing and feels amazing, extremely smooth. My skin suffers from dry patches and dullness, being only 21 and occasionally wearing a full face of makeup, it is not ideal! However, a five minute treatment in the evening have transformed my skin. My forehead was always the worst for dry patches, however my makeup glides on my face so perfectly now and the appearance of my skin looks lovely without makeup either. I am excited to see how much better it will look in another few weeks! I would also like to say that the customer service and delivery time is fabulous, I accidentally ordered two rejuvenating serums and emailed during the weekend, they got back very quickly and cancelled the order and I received my order within a few days!

I have used the skin roller (skin renewal) for just 7days and so far I an see improvement in my skin. Really happy with the results

So far I have really loved all products from The Swiss Clinic! Brilliant quality and superb results already! Definitely noting a difference in the lines on my forehead! Would definitely recommend!!

I expected the roller to be metal and not cheap plastic. I could have purchased a roller elsewhere for a fraction of the price. The serum is ok but skin feels slightly dry/tight after application so I feel the need to add some of my trusty Elemis products on top. I have used for a week and it has given me a few spots but will persevere. Finally, I bought the cleansing spray to disinfect the roller and didn't realise the lid pulled off as it was on so tight so I started to screw it off and the next thing I knew I had lost 3/4 of the liquid out the tube!!!

Received the dermaroller and rejuvenating serum 4-5 days after ordering and started using straight away. Lovely packaging - very clinical and sterile looking.
I've been using the products for the last 5 days and have already noticed a differnce in my skin.

I never got an order. Been told to contact ups, which i dont have time to do.

Still not had my deliver and ordered 2 weeks ago. Still not had a response!! Promised that they will speak UPS and find out why it's not been delivered but still not response! I want a refund!!

I ordered serum & a roller (0.25). Just started using these products hence difficult to rate its effectiveness but first impressions are very good. Using a roller doesn't hurt at all and gives sort of gentle massage.

It arrived within the indicated dates and package was well wrapped hence in a good shape.

So helpful and helped me to pick the product that was right for me. I would definitely buy again.

Good service and arrived fairly quickly despite coming from Europe. I thought it was a uk site though.

Too early to say if product is successful. Delivery was very long winded via several countries but arrived on the day promised and was well packaged.

I bought both rollers. The wider one for my thighs, as I have cellulite on the back of my legs. I have seen no noticeable difference to the skin here yet, Maybe, this will change soon as I am only on day 5 of my 7 day. I have noticed with the smaller roller on my face that the red blemishes / faint bumps have all but toned down. Again, it is early days. The rollers do sting a little but then this also depends on how hard you press when you roll. My skin after the first couple of times was red, so best to do it before bed. It has dried my skin out a little so I use extra moisturiser cream on top of the serum they give. I have olive / tanned skin. I am planning on using the product for the suggested time frame given on the box in order to see (I hope) better results.

I was originally very happy with this product (Derma Roller & Serum) when it arrived. It was nicely packaged etc. However, the derma roller itself does not seem well made. Every time I use it it squeeks, which is really irritating, and it makes me think it is quite cheaply made. I can't comment on how beneficial the treatments are, as I've only been using it for 1 week. Hopefully, the treatments will be worth it, as the experience itself isn't particularly enjoyable.
