IT STILL DOSE NOT CHANGE THE FACT THAT THE BUMPERS YOU SUPPLIED AND FITTED HAVE NOT BEEN PRIMED PROPERLY THEREFORE I CANNOT GET A BODY SHOP TO SPRAY THEM I TOOK THE VAN BEFORE I CONTACTED YOU TO GET IT SORTED MY SELF BUT WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE THERE WORK IF THEY SPRAYED ON TOP OF THE PAINT YOU DID WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON I CONTACTED YOU, IF I WAS ABLE TO GET THE WORK DONE WITHOUT BUYING A NEW BUMPER. My van was delayed for a start but I wasn’t given a reason why. When my van was delivered it had spray glue all over the interior and it had not been cleaned and the body kit that I paid them to fit was not primed properly and the fake exhausts in the bumper We’re not fitted straight. They apologised and said they would send me an auto gleam kit as compensation still waiting for that. About 6 months in my paint started to flake off and they agreed to put it right they even came to my home to do the work then told me that the paint had flaked because I had damaged the bumper which I have not but even if I had the paint shouldn’t flake the reason it’s flaking is because they have not prime the kit properly, now they won’t answer my emails and I’m stuck with a bumper that I can not get sprayed because know one will do the work without replacing the whole bumper. This was my second van from Swiss van it will be my last. If your going to get a van from them don’t get them to do any work on it they are not capable

I have previous experiences with Swiss vans, ordering 6 vans from them over the past years. I’ve always found them the best on price and customer service always at the up most. Cole was a great help, we previously had visited two VW dealers and they couldn't be bothered to follow up a sale after going in and leaving our details twice.
Big mistake as a business we buy 5-10 vehicles every couple of years and they are VW group base vehicles.
