Noone is answering, my money was taken and I am left in the dark. Tried contacting through email and through the online chat on the website. It has been 8 days now and not even an order confirmation or follow up of any sort.

Service is good but not all fees are mentioned prior to sale

A lot of feedback to make sure I know what I’m getting myself into when buying it and I like that they tell you instead of leaving you in the dark

This is a beautiful airsoft gun I have bought from them before and the products are awesome.
But you have to be patient with the shipping.

I’m still waiting for them to finish the engraving process after almost 10 days, when the delivery was supposed to take less time, no mails sended, no nothing, if you don’t text them they won’t say a word, i only hope that my replica doesn’t come wrongly assembled

I would say they do a fantastic job of replying to customer concerns. However the clarity of the shipping prossess was low, price adjusted after my finished transaction, shipping was delayed and the fee needed was crowded by non related messages. I waited over a month hand a half to get the package shipped, and its still not here yet.

Taking a while to ship, like it’s almost been a week now and i have not received anything that tells me it has shipped

Great service! My order was ship fast and had no problems at the customs border because shipper did everything good with papers and manifest,, Bought the vfc hkmp5a5 v2 and i am extremely happy with it.

This company chargerd $50 for shipping which was high but understandable when coming from acrossed the world. But I take issue with after my son saved up his money and placed his order they later emailed demanding $25 for shipping claiming "Tarriff fees" I paid the robbery fees only because my son had his heart set on the airsoft pistol for an airsoft match. Otherwise i would cancel this order.

They put products in stock that aren't actually in stock, and when I request a refund, I never hear back.

I placed an order January 21. Verified the oder January 22. Its now February 3rd. My account states waiting to ship. 632 usd. Sitting. Ive ordered from other storrs over seas and have never waited this long for an order to be shipped. First and possibly last time I order from Swit airsoft.

I currently having issues with your company over shipping costs. I recently made an inquiry about the status of my order which was placed last month. I received a reply stating additional shipping costs were needed after I have already received notice that the package has been shipped. I have already paid $53 for shipping. If any additional costs were required, that should have been disclosed at the time the order was created. I am not liable for any mistakes that have been made by your company and will not pay any further fees for shipping. If my order is not shipped promptly or my money refunded. I will report this as a fraudulent transaction to the bank.
