Fabulous service on my house sale and purchase . They chased other solicitors up when needed , and also did a lot of extra work on our purchase property with it being a very old place ! Also having to deal with me stressing so I can’t recommend them enough , so a huge huge thank you to all concerned . Would not hesitate to use the Wakefield branch of Switalski’s again !!

Switalskis conveyed our house purchase and did a fantastic job. Our solicitor was extremely responsive and fast, and despite having some leave still completed the documents in under 2 months. This was due to effective chasers throughout which we have experienced isn’t the case with other solicitors. Great staff and service.
