We cannot recommend Sarah Kent at Switalskis highly enough. She went above and beyond for us throughout the whole sale and purchasing process and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Our buyers’ solicitor was particularly difficult to deal with, but Sarah was incredibly patient, proactive and persistent in chasing things up and making sure everything kept moving forward.

She kept us informed, worked tirelessly on our behalf and made us feel supported throughout what could have been a very stressful and different experience. It was clear how much she cared about getting things sorted for us, and we are so grateful for all the time, effort and dedication she put in.

As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions around the purchase of a property and the process. Jessica was amazing in keeping up updated and reassuring us throughout the process.
