Good combo of ingredients used so instead of taking all these separate, this supplement let's me take these together. Although, the dose of magnesium is not high enough per serving so I have to take more doses.

I ordered Kill Switch and It came relatively quickly. It works!!! Took a couple nights to get each person in the family’s dose correct but now we are dialed in. Can’t wait for our nightly hot chocolate! Some of my kids scoff at the flavor but really it tastes just like chocolate. It’s not too sweet which I like but maybe that’s why some of my kids complain. I add a little honey and mix it in only a couple ounces of liquid so that it’s not a lot to drink for them. After it cools I put it in a syringe which makes it fun for them to squirt in their mouth. My 3 year old especially has a hard time settling down with hour+ bedtimes bc she just won’t let herself relax. 15 min after I give her her dose of Killswitch (which is a pretty tiny dose) she is out!!
We all fall asleep so quickly and sleep so well. Big Fan! None of us require a large dose so this tub will last quite awhile.

Puts you to sleep but don’t stay asleep

Not only does the Kill Switch hot chocolate taste amazing, it actually works!! I started yawning within 15 minutes of having it and fell asleep way easier than usual! Had a great deep sleep too. Love this product!

It has not worked for me. I wake up at 2:30 -3 am every night on it and can't get back to sleep
