Would have got 5 stars but they didn't turn up to fit by 8.30am, the time they'd said, and I had to phone them twice before they finally advised it would be fitted late afternoon.
Battery seems to be working well.

Great service and surprisingly affordable

Switch Together works, but know your own needs
We used Surrey’s Solar Tigether (now Switch Together) scheme as a means of reducing costs and having a ‘safe’ supplier. We also had quotes from other Which? Trusted Trader and similar. We managed to play two companies off and ended up with the Switch company, at a slightly even better price. We recommend getting a battery that covers daily consumption - we’re using it and buying what extra we do need at cheap winter overnight rates.

Each stage went well
Each stage from initial enquiry to completing the installation went well. Any queries we had were promptly dealt with and explained fully. Customer service was excellent. Our property was looked after at all times. We are extremely happy with the whole process.

Solar panels is a big decision and a…
Solar panels are a big decision and a big financial commitment. Solar switch was completely available at all times, easy to reach with answers and support. We had so many questions and they took their time and resources to explain and then back it up with email resources.
The actual solar panels and battery are excellent. They were installed in February and we didn’t think we would get full use of them until summer but we have had full charge, free electricity and making money from the grid. Plus, it is all GREEN!

Very detailed application process
Very detailed and sometimes lengthy process, but at every step there was someone dealing with specific issues/and progress of the process. Each person i had contact with was knowledgeable, helpful and very keen to ensure I had all the information I needed to be able to make informed decisions regarding the process of getting my solar panels installed. Informing me regularly of next steps. Provided me with updates and responding promptly when I asked questions.
