Extremely poor quality ,like tissues you may use once , thats if they fit.

I brought three outfits they were not…

I brought three outfits they were not cheap. When they arrived only one fitted correctly and it looked lovely. I emailed to request to return the items and re order larger sizes and I was amazed to get a response in less than two hours. I have read some of the reviews however I have to speak as I find and I extremely happy with the clothes and the customer service. .

My order ST14271 arrived, tried on but did not fit.

Using their 30 day return policy (which isn’t worth the screens it’s written on) I emailed requesting return and refund details.
After to-ing and fro-ing emails offering as detailed by others:-

Receive full store credit, with a £7.50 deduction to cover shipping for your next item. You may use this credit at any time on our website.

🔹 10% Refund (No Return Required)
Receive a 10% refund to your original payment method within 12–24 hours. No need to process a return.

AVOID at all cost, they’ll keep your money and more if you try to return to China.!!!!

SCAM!!!!

Ordered a "winter jacket" from their January sale -
and received a hideously-coloured, flimsy, polyester hoodie....with frayed drawstring!
I usually check Trustpilot reviews, but must've had a brain blip on this occasion unfortunately!
Their response to my return request due to the item being 'significantly not as described', and faulty, was that lighting and settings sometimes affect how the product looks online. LMAO!

As described by most people on here, their 'refund' options are -

The goods received bear no resemblance…

The goods received bear no resemblance to those advertised. Company unresponsive except with the prosoect of making a sale. Returns conditions unrealistic and again unresponsive to phone calls and returned goods. A refund has not been received.

Avoid Sylverton and their other websites...!

I have never written a bad review ever about a company but this company should be shut down. The clothes advertised are nothing compared to what’s delivered! I ordered a dress and very disappointed when it arrived. When I contacted them for a refund, they initially offered a 10% refund. When I complained they offered a 20% refund! Outrageous.

Do not buy from this website, I’ve found about 3 websites where the dress I ordered is also being sold.!!! Locci Moda, LightInTheBox, Senselle UK.

Avoid Sylverton and their other websites...!

Ella long puffer coat very warm, fur hood nice and quality ok.

I bought a Ella long puffer coat from Sylverton before checking the company on Trust Pilot. I was upset to see so many negative reviews and thought the coat would be junk. However it turned out to be a nice coat which my wife liked and is very warm (tested in sub-zero temperatures in the Alps recently). The furry hood is nice too

Disreputable company.

I bought a blue dress costing £35. It arrived very late, was poor quality and looked nothing like the picture. I asked to return it. I then found out it had been sent from a town in China and I was expected to pay £25 to send it back there. The business address is in the Netherlands but I think this is a front. Each time I e-mail I get a standard reply. When I sought to do a google review in order to warn people, my anti-viral software had blocked it saying it was likely a fake company. I am not spending any more money on this ugly dress and will use it as a lesson to myself to properly research companies selling on the internet before buying.

If I could give a zero i would , absolute rip off , what I ordered to what I recieved is appealing, cheap tack instead of a lovely knitted cardigan , at £40 it wasn't the cheapest but at least expected something similar to what was advertised , they make it impossible to get a refund AVOID AVOID AVOID

But I ordered some dungarees that I now discover are very poor quality and not anything like the colour described. When I asked how to return them, the best offer was to pay £25 to return them to China. The company is described as British and the postal address Netherlands. Awful service! I would rather take them to my local charity shop. I will never order from this company again.

SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN BY TRADING STANDARDS

Ordered what i believed to be a beautiful knitted cardigan with hood. The picture showed a fantastic design that was exactly what I was looking for, for my wife. Plus it was 50% down to £45 from £90.

Straight away i got a bad feeling because despite the site being listed as Sylverton UK, my item was posted from China. Unfortunately my fears were confirmed when the item arrived. It was a cheap polyester material that had a knitted print?!?!. It looked absolutely nothing like the advertised pictures of the cardigan and I couldn't help but laugh. I actually called my wife through to the bedroom to show her what I had ordered for her christmas present and what i had actually received. She was gobsmacked.

To make matters worse I then checked trust pilot and found what others experiences have been with the company and their returns department. They're a disgrace, it is false advertising and if this was a UK based company the trading standards would have shut them down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Rip off! The dress I bought looks nothing like advertised. Cheap nylon and shapeless. Wish I'd checked reviews before shelling out. Avoid this company like the plague.

Fake website, cheap clothing, nothing like pictures

The company is selling clothing that is nothing like the pictures. If you then want to return they make it hard and tell you that with fees etc it will cost £25 or more to do so. Do not buy from here. They are a dishonest company selling cheap clothing, no where near the quality or appearance on website.

Misleading company information and very poor product quality.

The website states that the company is based in the Netherlands, which influenced my decision to purchase. However, when I requested a refund due to the poor quality of the product, I was told I would need to return it to China and pay around £25 in shipping and customs fees. This was never made clear at the time of purchase.

The product I received does not match what is shown on the website. The quality is very poor, and this is not an issue of lighting or screen settings — it is simply a different, inferior product. When I raised this, responsibility was avoided and only a small partial refund was offered.

After checking Trustpilot, I can see many other customers reporting the exact same issues: misleading location information, low-quality products, and unreasonable return conditions.

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Sylverton got 1 star because there was no option to give it zero stars. Do not buy from this retailer. The garment I bought came from china and cost me £29.95. It would have cost me £25 to send it back to get a refund. The garment was nothing like the photo on their website, it was absolutely rubbish. I had to settle was a 20% refund and put the garment in the charity bin. Please don’t fall for it as I have done.
