Numbers are blurred and can’t be read
The canvas for the baby turtles got damp and the numbers all blurred together and it’s almost useless. I’m doing my best to sort through what’s the numbers should be and trying to paint it but my disappointment is overwhelming. This painting was the reason that I ordered from you in the first place. With that being said the quality of the paint is excellent my only issue is how the ink on the canvas blurred and is no longer eligible.

Cynthia Squires. We checked our canvas carefully before shipping. Could you please tell us how it got damp? Did it get damp during transportation? Or you accidentally got it damp after receiving it？
