I’ve been using SymTerra for over a year now and can genuinely say it is the best platform I’ve found for the reporting and survey needs of my business.

I use SymTerra across multiple areas of our work, including construction site reporting, service and maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, commissioning and site surveys. The flexibility of the platform allows me to create reporting structures for different functions within the business, rather than being forced into a rigid one size, fits all system.

I’ve used other platforms that claim to be market leading, but SymTerra remains my preferred choice. In my experience, it is one of the most versatile and adaptable systems available.

One of the biggest benefits for me is having all of our reporting documented, organised and stored in one place. Maintaining a clear reporting structure is extremely important to our business, particularly when it comes to maintaining an accurate golden thread of information. SymTerra allows us to achieve this without creating unnecessary additional administration.

What also sets SymTerra apart is the team behind the platform. They are constantly looking at ways to improve the customer experience and take a genuinely personal, hands-on approach. You never feel like you are simply another subscription or source of income. They actively listen to customer feedback, value it and, importantly, act on it.

For our business, SymTerra has become an essential tool. It simplifies our reporting process, improves consistency and gives us the flexibility to adapt the system around the way we actually work.

After more than a year of using the platform, I wouldn’t look to use anything else.

For construction reporting, PPM, service and maintenance or site surveys, SymTerra is my go to solution. Nothing else I’ve used comes close.

I am in charge of integrating with Symterra on a project and the response time, quality of the docs and performance of the system make it very easy work.

Great customer service and easy to use product.

I have been using SymTerra for the past 15 months as a means of tracking the various stages we are at against original programme in the 190 projects we are managing. The advances in their software & AI means we are now getting much more accurate reports and forecasts.

Symterra was a platform that as a company we were exploring, then put into use. Sarah, Garrett and Lucas were very helpful, informative and always there to assist when required. They heard all of our ideas and put them forward to us very quickly.
Due to an internal direction shift we no longer required Symterra and even then they were understanding and left it as an open invite to return if we wish.

When on site all photos etc can go into a folder which is easy to access

Going from emails and a poor picture app, symterra changed the way we manage our work in the field and get our information to the office.

We moved to SymTerra approximately four years ago, and it has completely transformed the way we work. We use it for virtually everything, including onsite reporting and auditing, stores management, confined-space checks, fleet management and project tracking.

Bespoke forms and workflows can be built within minutes to suit the specific requirements of any new project. This flexibility allows us to respond quickly and ensure that the correct information is captured from the outset.

The Activities feature allows us to track projects, retain a complete history and produce SumAI reports within minutes—tasks that previously took hours to complete. This enables us to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information quickly and efficiently.

The Assets feature has also completely changed how we manage our fleet and equipment. By linking Activities and Assets directly to dashboards, all the information we need is available in one place.

The customer service is amazing, with support available 24/7 whenever assistance is required.
