It was good for couple of weeks and after that problems after problems. Server changed twice, constant disconnection and help support not responding for at least 24 hrs.

About 15% of the time, Sync will not accommodate saving files to Sync via iOS. This has occurred over several years and Sync tech support is incapable of explaining why. When this occurs, you have to save the file to your desktop, and upload it to Sync through the desktop. Highly inefficient if you are away from your laptop - you have to remind yourself to save it when you are at your laptop. This option is inefficient.

Sync.com is well worth a try for cloud storage & anywhere-access of files you never want to lose. I've had a good experience with the free 5GB storage account from this Canadian company & am considering the fine 1TB deal for 3 users @ $6 each. @Sync

After over 10 years of using Sync.com, I can say it is the best cloud store service that I use - for personal and for charity work. The best features include the security, file history/recovery, sync or vault options, purge feature and support. The FAQs are very useful and for other queries the Support team are very quick to answer.

Sync does a great job of keeping my files safe and giving me access to them anywhere I need them. It works fast and has a great interface.

Sync.com has been my go to solution for cloud storage for about 8 years now. It does everything I need simply, securely and without fuss. It integrates seamlessly with my Windows and MacOS file systems and provides a comprehensive mobile app. Basically, wherever I want access to my files I have it. Even better, they give a generous 5GB for free with the opportunity to increase that by completing challenges.

I have been with sync.com for over six years now and I have never had any issues. I value the fact that there is user-end encryption which means bots are not mining my files for data. Net privacy is my number one concern so I was delighted all those years ago to find a cloud server service that did not trawl my private data. The service is easy to use and, importantly, their customer service is excellent. I have highly recommended sync.com to all my friends, and I have no problem recommending their service to strangers.

It stopped. I can't find their App anymore. The site says permanently closed..in Toronto, at least. Does anyone knows?

I have used Sync.com for a couple years now.
I have not had a single issue with it. It works quietly and seamlessly, and does exactly what it is supposed to (syncing documents from my computer to the cloud for backup).

I uploaded all of my work integral to my business to SYNC. I thought it was the perfect save as my computer was getting completely glitchy and insisted on upgrading to windows 11. I got all of my data onto SYNC and I thought it would be the perfect solution for my business. Within days of uploading file folder content began disappearing. Repeated pleas to the company have not helped in any way. Demanded at least full refund and still no response over 48 hours later. DO NOT USE this company unless you want to risk losing everything.

This is scam. They took the money. Channels stopped working within a week and they never responded to me emails and massages after that.

I started using Sync as a cloud service for my business in 2013 and continue to use it today after retirement. From my experience this is the best technology and absolutely affordable cloud solution. Except technical, any questions directed to customer service where met with attention and answered usually as quickly as I’ve expected. Recently, I’ve installed updates 2.2.42 and 5.0.17 and definitely see improvement in speed and files reappearance. Thank you, Sync!

Sync is my favorite cloud drive service, and I trust to put all my files there. It is a very safe place to store personal and work files.

I have been using Sync for YEARS. I love how well it works and how reliable their service IS. The price is affordable too! I have found no issues with their service even though I wish the app was more dynamic and worked better with offline files. However, even with this Sync has the best of the best for secure cloud hosting of your files.

I have tried many other cloud storage companies and Sync is by far the best in the market out there in terms of features, cost and excellent customer service.

I have many favourite features but my best is Your data belongs to you, not anyone else as it is zero knowledge and end to end encrypted. There are lots of other benefits and features like access your files from anywhere and auto-backup, reasonably priced your cloud files could free up storage space on your computer so no need to get caught running out of storage space. Sync, in my opinion is simple the best.

Problematic service. No value for money paid. Finally decided to migrate to Dropbox.

I have been using cloud storage for many years. During this period I tried almost every cloud service and after detailed study analysis based on my personal experience, Sync is best of all, reliable, secure, fast compatible with all platforms and last but not least the customer service is out class.
I would finally say it has no match in the market be it media storage, document storage and management. Hats off to the team Sync.

For me Sync is one of the most valuable service for the people ho needs to store on line files. They have a very good service, fast and safe. I recommend it!

Functions as it should, as expected, daily, that alone means a lot these days. The fact that it's secure and privacy is valued - that should be important to more people. Thanks Sync, and please keep enhancing core functionality. I'd like to see a 'sync now' button to force a re-sync. And a Windows Server option.
