This is worst support ive ever seen. I purchased a month for 40 Dollar and the drivers of the loader didnt work. I tried to contact the support again and again. They didnt answer or helped me in any way. Dont give them your money.

Well, in my experience, it's one of the worst services I've ever tried. At first, it didn't even work, and I had a lot of problems. Then I tried to get compensation for the time they caused me to lose, and they said it would be refunded, but they didn't give me anything back. Then it worked for a couple more days, and then they banned me again from Fortnite. I kept writing to support for help, and they just ignore me or send me the refund form. I don't recommend it.

Temp-Spoofer didnt work on my pc, I messaged multiple time for support and the support was genuinely so unhelpful and just kept telling me to message sync even tho I have been messaging him for weeks now and still have not got a reply, they claim 'Money-Back Guarantee' for refunds and claim it only takes around 20 days but its been more then that and they have not even bothered with my refund whatsoever, i have message transcripts and screenshots of me going back and forward, also they closed tickets in discord so you cant even contact support and none of the people who manage the live chat manage refunds ( The spoofer clearly didnt work for me, it would let me play for like 2 hours then i would get vpnkicked, even when i followed all the instructions ( please check your message requests and support your customers, i have been supporting sync for years now and have referred so much people to buy from you guys just for this nonsense, and please turn on discord ticket support and manage it by that not some ai chatbox with unhelpful agents who dont manage refunds)

The perm is great. The temp is also great, when it works. Recently it’s been failing to spoof my MAC address and when reaching out to support for help, I have not gotten any solutions. I brought the issue to their attention on 3/21. The owner responded to me about something else on 3/28 and ignored the Mac issue. I messaged him again on 3/31 to get a response that they are investigating and that I’d get a response in 30 minutes. It’s now 4/2 and I have still not gotten a solution on this. Their product is great until you need support. I used to get great support by the owner per previous issues, but lately he’s been MIA. Not sure what’s going on with their customer support.

I purchased a service from sync.top, and unfortunately it did not work for me at all. Their staff members (Xad and Trax) acknowledged the issue and advised me to request a refund.

I followed their instructions, but it has now been over 18 days and I still have not received my refund. Initially, they kept saying that only the owner could process it and asked me to contact him on Discord. I did that as well, but received no response.

After that, they stopped replying completely.

Very disappointing experience. Be cautious if you are expecting support or refunds from this service.

tried using it on Val, didn't work then when i switched back to my main account from local my window key corrupted itself, and then signed me out of all my launchers and apps.

Does not work for Apex, Rust or FN, complete false advertising, support will deny it and not provide a refund.

i have bought their one time permanent spoofer two days ago and following the instructions provided i have done every step however the final check tells me that my baseboard hasn’t been changed, i have used the chat within the website to contact the staff however when they do reply its the same guy and he sends a message saying “hi, how can we help you?” and then proceeds to leave me on read and not respond whatsoever, the customer service is at such a sad state that their ai bot is 100 more times helpful than the staff themselves up to a certain degree, the spoofer than i bought was supposed to spoof all 3 pieces of hardware but only spoofed 2. When i asked the ai for help it is unable to help with these situations and will try contact a member of staff who is 9 times out of 10 offline. If a member of staff does see this review it would be good if you could prove that you guys can actually be helpful and keep the high reputation that sync spoofer has had for years. Sync Temp did not work for me. I keep getting kicked. Support is trying to be helpful and after some time asked me to create a refund request. However it is been a few days and I still have not heard back from them.
Support says I need to wait for the Owner, however there is not any way to contact him directly.

Best Spoofer made! my son used my pc and used cheats (i had 0 clue) got my call of duty banned, did some research and found sync.top. i am able to play call of duty again without my new account being banned. paid for the 6 month key and enjoy it. they have a continuing customer from now on

Before purchasing the permanent spoofer, I used your compatibility tools to confirm that my computer was compatible. Even though the tool stated my system was compatible, the spoofer failed to work after the purchase.

Since the compatibility tool was misleading and the product is non-functional, I would like to request a refund. It has been 100 hours since I submitted my initial refund request, and I have yet to receive a response.

Besides the refund, Sync failed to deliver on any of the promises it made. My computer wasn't spoofed despite the compatibility tool reporting it as compatible. And now I still haven't received my refund.

Downloaded it for the free trial, and the tab was not there. Never downloaded it before.

genuenly way to complicated and lowk expansive support is sloppy only ai be replying to me and im refunding my perm spoof bc thats js not worth it for sure if i dont get my refund then ts will be offically a scam bc i did not use my spoofer

I first purchased the one time spoofer. Went thru the compatibility test and passed. When I went thru the process it wouldn’t change one of my HWID’s. After going back and fourth with there customer service for over a day they traded out my one time for a 30 day temp spoofer. The temporary spoofer worked for about a week then I got banned on my alt and main account. I messaged customer service several times and even requested a refund but they haven’t messaged me back in over a week. DONT USE IF YOU HAVE A MAIN ACCOUNT WITH LOTS OF MONEY IN SKINS because it WILL get banned!

After running compatibility tests and they confirmed that the software would work with my system, I purchased the permanent spoofer - however on installation it failed and I was informed that my hardware was unsuitable, even though it had passed the compatibility test.
I was offered an exchange of service to an inferior product being the temporary spoofer instead of a refund, which also did not work, after spending a long time following all guides and instructions to the letter, I wasn't unbanned.
Customer service didn't help and ignored me when I requested a refund, stay away or be prepared to be disappointed, ignored and out of pocket.

The fact that they dont even know that it works in league of legends :DDD

Sync.top is a scam, wouldn't recommend it.

Temp spoofer breaks your computer, causing driver issues after usage. Wireless network is unavailable after using and support says to reinstall Windows.

Thats not a fix.

Completely bricks the computer to an unworking state.

Reinstalled Windows, Reinstalled motherboard drivers, adapters, restarted PC, router, re-spoofed, cleaned, and everything in between. Nothing works.
