In a last minute panic to find a rental company in Crete where we could hire a car without a credit card, I happened upon Synergy Car Hire buy searching 'how to hire a car without a credit card in Crete'. I found the Synergy site and a messenger box popped up from Michelle asking me how she could help. I explained the situation and after a few questions was told that they could help. I asked if I could speak to someone and she said of course and gave me the number and thanked me. I called the number and was helped by Nick. I don't think he realised how happy I was for his help and that they provided this services. The prices were competitive and he was so very helpful. Excellent customer service and we will definitely be using them for all our car hire needs abroad in future. A very very big thank you to Nick and Michelle.

Nick and Michelle are very amazing people.

Nick helped us with honest and sensible advise in hiring a car with Bidvest South Africa. The service we received from Nick and Michelle was exceptionally great, good communication. We feel like we have created a bond with Nick.
Now what is left is to pick up the car in South Africa, this will be the second time we have used Bidvest cars, last time everything went well as expected and we hope this time it will.
As for Synergy, we have found a company to deal with as we are constant travellers to South Africa to visit parents.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND*****

Would recommend Synergy for car hire have used them on a number of occasions and always a perfect efficient service both from staff and when I picked up car from partners all paperwork properly executed and great service.
5 star company

We had a great experience with Synergy - polite and helpful emails while booking and very helpful staff at Dublin Airport when collecting and dropping off our car. I can highly recommend them as a debit-card only car hire company.

Very impressed with the service we received, especially at such short notice (the afternoon before travelling) and with the specific requirements of booking via a debit card only. Both the initial advice via chat and when booking were a great help and made the process quick, easy and efficient. We will definitely use Synergy again for future car hire.

I received excellent customer service from Nicolas who made a process of booking a car a pleasant experience.

Great service - made every effort to get the best price deal. Detailed explanation of the pick up process.
Good, supportive and attentive staff

Synergy Car Hire is highly customer-oriented, quickly responding, and bringing added value. I recommend them to other customers!
